Upon arrival, | observed the vehicle that was described by central dispatch as the suspicious vehicie a blue Mitsubishi leaving the area of 1500 4 Virginia Avenue. The vehicle was driving westbound on Adeline Street passing my marked Daytona Beach vehicle traveling westbound on Adeline 5 Street. |turned my marked Daytona Beach Police Vehicle and folowed the vehicle which took a right turn onto S Ridgewood Avenue, the vehicle 6 then took aright tum into the RaceTrac gas station, located at 1510 South Ridgewood Avenue, in the city of Daytona Beach. Where an unknown 7. white male exited the vehicle, walked into the RaceTrac paid for fuel came back out then proceeded to put fuel into the vehicle. Officer J. Mackenzie {arrived on scene and provided central dispatch withthe tag to the vehicle which was an FL. temporary tag (#CUNO498) which did come back to @ Blue 8 Mitsubishi registered to Kary Jarvis. {11 While I was parked on the north end of the RaceTrac parking lt @ observed the vehicle while exting the parking lot falls to come to @ complete stop 42. running the stop bar, rom the private driveway ofthe aforementioned RaceTrac, onto South Ridgewood Avenue. | followed the vehicle which 413 crossed over two lanes to enter the southbound turing lane at South Ridgewood Avenue and Bevile Road. While behind the vehicle | observed the 44 driver making furtive movements around the front area of the vehicie, specifically by the steering wheel and center console. As the light turned green 415 _ the vehicle tured left heading eastbound on Bevlle Road from South Ridgewood Avenue. | followed the vehicle and activated my emergency lights [TAS ake.
