    Dear Delegate of the UNHCR Committee,

    Greetings from The Executive Board!

    Firstly, we want to thank you for registering for this conference amidst the devastating impact of the
    pandemic. We hope we can provide you with an enriching experience in the committee. We hope you
    have read and understood the study guide that we have exclusively prepared for the committee in order to
    help you prepare. Once again, there is no requirement of a position paper from delegates. This email
    provides you the additional details for the conference.

    The Opening Ceremony for the 12th Edition of SISMUN Conclave will be held on Saturday, 14th
    August from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The opening ceremony is to be a distilled expression of our
    conference’s ethos and we believe that attending it would be an enriching and valuable experience.

    We will be hosting committee sessions through Zoom as well. Therefore, please find the meeting details
    below to join the committee sessions. Save them to your google calendar in order to provide ease of
    access.

    group for the committee blocs. Please note that making the group has to be a delegate led initiative and
    whatever group is being formed, it is mandatory for the EB members to be added to them as well. The
