1. Click on New Interior Project to launch DIALuxs template for indoor design. DIALux will then direct to screen as shown in Figure 2.

Figure 2 3. The slope of the roof is given at 25 and sloping on both directions (Gable roof). Calculations is done as following: Length of roof (in one direction) = 10 m Slope of roof = 25

Figure 3 5. As gable roof is symmetrical, right-click on the Sloped Ceiling and select Copy along a line.

Figure 5 7. As the roof is mirrored, the angle of rotation of the generated Sloped Ceiling has to be changed. Click on the Sloped Ceiling and edit the values as shown in Figure 6.

Figure 7 9. Click on Luminaire selection tab at the bottom of Project Manager, as shown in the red circle in Figure 8. Select NIKKON from the databse and double click with mouse, Nikkons catalogue will pop up in a new window with the range of luminaire to be chosen from (Figure 9).
