    The  welt  is  cut  in  self  and  fuse.    
    CUT  AN  EXTRA  FUSING  (WELT  SIZE)  TO  PUT  ON  THE  MAIN  PIECE  CENTER  
    WITH  THE  PUNCH  HOLES,  ON  THE  WRONG  SIDE  OF  THE  MAIN  PIECE.
