manufacturing company that will be located in Little Rock Arkansas; in an ideal location
highly suitable for the kind of business we want to establish. We have been able to lease a
facility that is big enough to fit into the design of the kind of standard shoe and footwear
manufacturing company that we intend to launch.

We will manufacture a wide range of footwear for men, women and children. We will
manufacture shoes and footwear in different forms such as rubber and plastic footwear,
protective footwear (Safety boots), house slippers and slipper socks. We are set to service a
wide range of clientele not just in TANZANIA, but also in all parts of the world.

To achieve our business goals, we will create a high-tech, precision manufacturing facility
and implement highly efficient operations processes. This will include a media campaign,
print and online advertising and a targeted direct-mail campaign.

In addition, we will focus heavily on establishing our presence within the industry at relevant
trade shows. By relying on our technology and an activity-based costing system, rather than
a time-based system, we will be able to maintain competitive prices and sustain high
profitability. Our technology and systematic efficiencies will allow us to have advantages in
cost, speed and design capability.

We are aware that there are several large and small shoe and footwear manufacturing
companies all around the TANZANIA, which is why we spent time and resources to conduct a
thorough feasibility study and market surveys so as to be well-positioned to favorably

1. LAUNCH TIMETABLE

mattresses.
Find commercial space for product testing, assembly and dispatch.
Set up a manufacturing system capable of producing 50-100 units per month.
Build and test a number of units in-house and then test products in the field with beta
