NARRATIVE REPORT
I. PREFACE
Cantandoy Elem. School is one of the
complete elementary school in Palompon
South District,Palompon,Leyte. It has 6
teachers from Grades I to VI and 1 volunteer
kinder teacher .The school population is
increasing due to the 4p’s recipients which
were required by the government to let all
their children be enrolled in school
otherwise the recipients will not receive
financial allowance by the government.
The school had an approximate distance
of 5 km from the town, the main occupation
of the people is farming.
The school Head and Teachers together
with the stakeholders worked hand in hand
to meet the desired interest for all which is
quality education. All programs and project
of the Department of Education were fully
implemented each school year.
IV. INTRODUCTION
Every year the DepEd conducted Brigada
Eskwela this is fondly called the National
School Maintenance Week. This School Year
it was held last May 18 to 23, 2015 with the
Theme, “TAYO PARA SA KALINISAN AT
KAHANDAAN NG ATING MGA PAARALAN”.
The school maintenance effort
engaged all school stakeholders to
contribute their time and resources to
volunteer to repair and clean all school
premises in order to be ready for the
opening of classes.
Parents voluntarily worked in the
cleanliness of the school grounds. The
Brigada Eskwela finished with a resounding
success and all classrooms and school
furniture’s were repaired in order to be
ready in the coming opening of classes.
