    “AN ORDER DESIGNATING ANALIZA O. RONDINA AS A DEDICATED


    BARANGAY HEALTH WORKER (BHW) FOR NUTRITION TO SERVE
    TOGETHER WITH BARANGAY NUTRITION SCHOLAR (BNS) AS CO-
    FACILITATOR OF THE BARANGAY FIRST 1000 DAYS (BF1KD).”

    WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10 s.2018 of the Municipality of Borbon or also known as


    the “Borbon Health Nanay and Bulilit Ordinance” aims to institutionalize and scale up
    nutrition of the first 1000 days of life through a strengthened integrated strategy for
    maternal, neonatal child health and nutrition;

    WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Borbon thru its Rural Health Unit is primarily
    responsible for the implementation of this ordinance;

    WHEREAS, this ordinance has been implemented at the barangay level through its
    Barangay Health Stations, in coordination with the Sangguniang Barangay, with the
    mobilization of the BNS who shall be provided with resources and benefits to carry out
    the tasks;

    WHEREAS, the so-called program implementation was called BF1KD session wherein
    the participants will be our pregnant clients, postpartum clients and mothers/guardians
    with children aged 0-23 months old;

    WHEREAS, the BNS needs a dedicated BHW as frontline community-based health and
    nutrition service providers to ensure competent delivery of basic nutrition-related
    services and interventions;

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Bingay will be appointing ANALIZA O.


    RONDINA as our BHW for nutrition to serve together with BNS as co-facilitator of
    BF1KD program;

    NOW THEREFORE, I NACIANSINA S. CATUBIG, Punong Barangay of Barangay


    Bingay, Borbon, Cebu do hereby appoint her as our dedicated Barangay Health Worker
    (BHW) for nutrition-related services;

    SO ORDERED.

    Done this 9th day of JULY 2021 at Barangay Bingay, Borbon, Cebu.
