    “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIORITIZED COMMUNITY SUB-PROJECTS IDENTIFIED


    THROUGH RDANA ON THE EFFECT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND BRGY. DATA
    HARMONIZATION AND THEIR INCLUSION TO THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
    (BDP)/BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM (BDIP) AND BARANGAY
    ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) FOR 2021 TO 2023 AND ENDORSING THE SAME FOR
    ADOPTION BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY”

    WHEREAS, the Department of Social Welfare and Development is implementing the KALAHI-CIDSS:
    NCDDP- ADDITIONAL FINANCING in Barangay Bingay, Municipality of Borbon, Province of Cebu in
    response to the Proclamation No. 929 (Declaration of state of Calamity) and to complement the efforts of the
    national government to fight against the effects of COVID-19;

    WHEREAS, Barangay Bingay fully supports the implementation of KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP-


    ADDITIONAL FINANCING PHASE 1 to add force and resources in their efforts to respond to the effect of the
    COVID-19 Pandemic;

    WHEREAS, KC-NCDDP project uses the approach of Community Driven Development (CDD) thus, there is a
    need for participation from different stakeholders in the barangay including BDRRMC and CSO representatives
    to provide technical assistance to community partners/volunteers in all levels of implementation;

    WHEREAS, BARANGAY BINGAY has to approve the community sub-projects identified through RDANA
    on the effect of COVID-19 Pandemic and inclusion of the said sub-projects in the BDP/BDIP and AIP for 2021
    to 2023 to be endorse to Sangguniang Barangay for adoption;

    WHEREAS, the details of the prioritized community sub-projects are as follows:

    SUB-PROJECTS IDENTIFIED THROUGH RDANA ON THE EFFECT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC
    AND BRGY. DATA HARMONIZATION AND THEIR INCLUSION TO THE BARANGAY
    DEVELOPMENT PLAN (BDP)/BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM (BDIP)
    AND BARANGAY ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) FOR 2021 TO 2023 AND TO ENDORSE
    THE SAME FOR ADOPTION BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to DSWD Regional Office VII Cebu City, BLGU
    of Barangay Bingay, and KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP Area Coordinating Team;

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2022 at Barangay Bingay,
    Municipality of Borbon, Province of Cebu.
