    Below you must detail the hazard number from the check list, identify where the hazard is
    coming from and detail how you will limit the risk of the hazards you have identified.

    while walking on location.

    2 PROXIMITY TO WATER Be mindful when handling


    equipment near the tides.
    Do not go into the water.
    Judge how much the tides
    recede before filming at the
    border of the tide.

    4 LIVE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Be careful where I use my


    phone near the beach, don’t
    go too far near the sea
    where my phone is at risk of
    being dropped and
    damaged.
    5 VEHICLES / MODES OF TRANSPORT Beware of incoming vehicles
    when arriving at location.
    Beware of cyclists / scooters
    on the beach pathway.

    7 WEATHER CONDITIONS Do not film on days when it


    is forecasted to rain heavily.

    8 MEMBERS OF PUBLIC AT LOCATION Beware of crowds. Don’t


    film on places where it may
    disturb others. Choose a
    reasonably quiet area to
    film.

    for a long, excessive amount
    of time. Beware of your
    posture when sat at the
    computer, sit up straight.
