The investigation was regarding an AMBER alert which was issued on the same date for two missing juvenile females. The juveniles were lastseen with JESSE MCFADDEN. On the morning of May 1, 2023, Okmulgee County Sheriffs Office responded to MCFADDEN'S residence located at 14600 Holly Road Henryetta, Oklahoma and discovered the front door ajar. MCFADDEN also failed to appear at Muskogee County District Court for pending charges of possession of child pornography. On the same date, Law Enforcement officers discovered the deceased bodies of MCFADDEN, HOLLY GUESS, and five juveniles on the property located at 14600 Holly Road Henryetta, Oklahoma, On May 6, 2023, Okmulgee County District Attorney CAROL ISKI requested OSB! full investigative assistance into identifying, documenting, and gathering additional information and evidence which was still located on the property at 14600 Holly Road, Henryetta, Oklahoma. On May 6, 2023, OSBI Agent's interviewed the father of GUESS at the property who informed agents the subject located additional items of interest inside the residence. The subject described the items to be clothing and personal belongings of the deceased victims. On May 6, 2023, OSBI Agents discovered the existence of a storage unit leased to Holly McFadden at U Lock Storage located at 710 W. Corporation in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
