Re: Written Warning, Excess Personal Breaks

It has come to our attention that you've been taking excess personal breaks these
past few days. Your immediate supervisor has given you multiple verbal warnings, yet you
continue to take extra long breaks. Our Company does not tolerate this behavior as it will
affect the performance of your team and will be considered working undertime.

This letter serves as a written warning of your misconduct and please be advised that
if you continue to do so – as per company policy ______.

As this is your first warning in this matter, we are not taking any disciplinary action.
We, therefore, strongly advise you to abstain from any such violations in the future and obey
the break timings of the office at all times.

For your strict compliance.

Sincerely,
