Both types of stress have a negative impact on our productivity. Defining stress as "the state of
being less stressed or anxious," while distress is defined as "the state of being in emotional,
social, spiritual, or physical pain and suffering that may cause a person to feel gloomy and
depressed."
Both of these stressors are something I personally encounter. It has an effect on my mood, my
day, and various elements of my life. (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and so forth.)

Brain is one of the most complex organs in the human body which is part of the central nervous
system. The Cerebrum is the largest part of the brain which regulates senses, memory,
emotions, intellectual activities, and body movement. The Cerebral cortex is responsible for
processing information that is divided into two hemispheres. The Limbic system composes
parts of cerebral cortex and hypothalamus which regulates various types of emotions. The
Cerebellum regulates balance, postures, and coordinates movement. The Brainstem connects
the cerebrum and cerebellum to the spinal cord that carry signals to and from all parts of the
body.

GENERALIZATION
In life, we must not only take care of our exterior selves or our physical bodies, but we must
also take care of our interior selves and bodies, namely the brain and its processes and
function; a healthy lifestyle has an impact on what you think, do, act, and see. We must devise
a method of enhancing brain function, as well as ideas and feelings. Create an environment that
is conducive to improving brain function, which will assist our organ in regulating our thoughts,
feelings, and behavior in order to be a thoughtful, accurate, sensitive to others' feelings,
compassionate, and respectful person.
The brain is in charge of our manner of thinking, feeling, and behaving, among other things. The
importance of obsene and exercising techniques to strengthen our brain function as a maturing
adolescent cannot be overstated for us as students.
