Royal Security has been in the security sector for more than 32 years. Because of
their extensive experience and professional knowledge, they are able to reduce
security concerns and offer a safe and secure environment for your residential
areas, schools, and places of worship over a 365-day, around-the-clock operational
period. They provide the best security services available so that their clients and
residents may work worry-free knowing that their safety and security are in
capable hands.

The security officers are well-trained and receive regular refresher training to keep
their knowledge and skill sets up to date and in line with how the security business
is growing. Security Officers receive enticing benefits and pay packages in their
pursuit of excellence as a way of honoring the profession and skill. They take this
action because they thought each individual has significance to the organization.

INTRODUCTION
Introduction

Mr. Sigamani Kupusamy, the company's founder, founded Royal Security in 1986.
He founded the business because he believed that by putting matters into his own
hands, he might affect positive change in his neighborhood. He wanted to provide
individuals the opportunity to be proud of their work in addition to having a job.
More than 30 years later, Royal Security is still expanding under the direction of
the present management, who have continued the founder's heritage of consistently
believing in and caring for Royal Security's employees.

As a well-run, dynamic organization capable of offering top-notch security


services, the company is what it is today. Royal Security is able to offer clients of
any size bespoke security solutions thanks to its knowledge and experience. All
clients island wide are promised complete security and a rapid response, and
consumers have learned to expect the prompt and dependable service that has
come to be associated with the Royal Security Brand.

officers to deliver value-added security services across a range of businesses
and locations in order to maximize client satisfaction.

We employ the most up-to-date tools because technology is continuously
changing and to help us provide our services more effectively. Numerous
clients have given us positive feedback and testimonials for our high-quality,
customized solutions.

E. Policies

1.) You are required to cooperate with client workers and not jeopardize the
health and safety of others.

2.) Follow any safety guidelines and practices that have been implemented at
work.

3.) Avoid engaging in risky activities that puts you or anyone working
nearby in danger.

4.) Avoid intentional or careless conduct and never interfere with any safety
equipment.

5.) Always utilize any personal protective equipment that is offered at work
properly.

6.) Assure that the following are risk-free for everyone’s health, including
visitors:

A. Program: Training Course


Royal Security, Security offers a training course to provide services that are
needed and requires protection by the costumer. Also, this training course
will help the employees to strengthen their knowledge, skills and it will give
the qualities that make a great security officer.

B. Budget: 15,000$ / head


This training course has a budget that cost $15,000 per head of employee.

C. Procedures
Via Singapore Police Department. This training course is conducted and
collaborated by the Singapore Police Department.

Conclusion

As we conduct the functional strategy of royal security. Their information about


using strategy taught us what are the benefits that can be obtained from their
service and how they manage and operate the betterment of their company. Based
on our interview, it is said that they offer security concerns so that environment can
able to secure and safe. And as for the SWOT and TOWS, the HR we interviewed
said, it was confidential that's why we create our own SWOT and TOWS based on
the information given. In positioning of their company, they promotes through
marketing email, flyers and online platforms. Since their company cannot have
coursed of action, we are the one who provide 5 coursed of action and one of this
are to increase employee loyalty through reward and loyalty programs.

For the Strategy Implementation of Royal Security. Based on our interview, it is


said that they really need to properly train the security so that they can improve
how to properly serve customers and they can increase their knowledge as security.
And for the Budget of training program they spend on the training program
amounts to 15,000$ per head of employee. The procedures of a training course is
conducted and collaborated by the Singapore Police Department.
