TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Standard package serving time is 3 hours in total.
Starters will be served 2:30 hours and Beverage (Alcoholic) will be served for initial 3:00 hours
followed by the main course.
Beverages
Outside Beverages will not be permitted. All beverages have to be consumed within the premises
of 7 Barrel Brew Pub
Please note that the Liquor service would be allowed only 3:00 hours until a maximum of
2.00am As per the Excise laws
Alcoholic beverages would not be served to people below the age of 21 years.
Add-on of Liquor in a package would be charged to minimum billing guarantee or actual attendee,
whichever is higher.
Minimum Guaranteed Attendance The rates quoted is based on the minimum number of
persons guaranteed at the time of finalizing of this proposal. 7 Barrel Management reserves the
right to amend the rates/person in case the minimum guaranteed is reduced at a later stage.
Food shall be prepared only for 10% extra of the number of guests guaranteed. Should the number
of persons exceed beyond 10% of the guaranteed number, 7 Barrel Management would be
unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and services.
Taxes
The following taxes would be levied. The tax percentage is as per government regulations hence;
taxes at the time of the event would be applicable irrespective of the present quotation.
Billing Instructions
We would require a confirmation from your at least Three days prior to the event, in order to
proceed with your booking. On receipt of your confirmation, a final copy of the finalized menu
with the Terms & Conditions will be issued outlining any advance payment received. An
advance of 40% is requested to guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy
In case of no communication / non presence or delay in time of your gathering, we would release
your reserved lanes post the standard waiting time.
In case of Cancellation an amount of 40 % of total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee
& will be adjusted in advance payment.
