    Sarah Dollard
    Sarah Dollard was born on 21st January 1980 therefore she’s 40 years old. She lives
    and works in the UK. She’s an Australian television screenwriter. She writes British
    fantasy and science fiction.

    Main characters:
    the doctor - is an alien known as time lord since he travels through time and space.
    for traveling he uses tardis, a time machine that looks like a blue police box. He
    saves people in danger. when his body becomes old he changes it for a new one

    clara oswald- she’s the doctor's companion. She assists him on his adventures.
    When the adventures are over she returns to earth where she is an english teacher.

    madam mayor - the doctor gave her immortality when he brought her back from the
    dead. She is a mayor of a trap street and would do anything to protect the aliens
    there.

    The mystery begins when Rigsy calls the tardis and Clara answers. Rigsy tells her
    that he has a strange tattoo on his neck and he doesn’t know how he got it. The
    reason why the tattoo is strange is that the numbers are changing. Clara and the
    Doctor decide to go help Rigsy. Only after seeing the tattoo change is the Doctor
    intrigued. After the examination with sonic sunglasses the Doctor figures out that
    Rigsy was retconned meaning that he drank a special drink that made him forget the
    previous day and that he has a chronolock on his neck. Their next step is to find the
    right trap street where the aliens are hidden and where all of this has happened. with
    the help of tardis, the sonic sunglasses and unusual signs they find the right street.
    There they run into madam mayor, she explains that only criminals who are
    sentenced to death have the chronolock on their necks. She also tells them that
    Rigsy was found next to a dead lady and she needed to punish him. She gives them
    an opportunity to prove his innocence. all three of them go their separate ways to
    find clues. After Clara finds out that the chronolock can be passed onto another
    person, she convinces rigsy to give it to her since madame mayor promised not to
    hurt her. Clara comes up with the idea to visit the house of Anah, the woman who
    died. There they realize that Anah's daughter has a gift of seeing the past and the
    future. She tells them that the mayor is planning something bad and the doctor is
    part of the plan. They go back to the hospital where Anah is and they see that she is
    not dead at all. The doctor uses his tardis key to open Anah's cage and a heavy
    metal bracelet closes around his wrist which is another time machine. anah wakes
    up and madam mayor tells the doctor this was needed to save the aliens. because
    clara took the chronolock madam mayor can’t help her because the contract has
    changed in the end. Clara dies because the clock runs out, the doctor is transported
    someplace and madam mayor continues with her work.
    I really like the book because you never know what will happen next. it’s a really
    good book and I recommend it.
