Company Overview Delifru is a premium flavored syrup brand, produced by PT. Delifru
Utama Indonesia, a Food & Beverage company from Indonesia. We also
provide powder drink & toppings, such as grass jelly and tapioca pearl
(boba).

Company Industry Delifru utama Indonesia Established in Surabaya, East Java, in 2016. This
(Business Model, company exists because the demand for syrup for restaurants, cafes,
Product) and hotels are very high. The first time we exclusively provided 4 flavors
which are lychee, kiwi, caramel, and hazelnut syrups to a HORECA group
in Indonesia. Then we expand and develop the market wider to provide
high quality flavor with many varieties and we already have 15 varieties
of flavor in 2018.

Each flavor has been formulated to be used in creating specialty


beverages. Only the highest quality ingredients are processed into
every Delifru syrup. All of our ingredients are certified as Halal. We
produce our syrups with fruit extracts and 100% pure sugar. We do not
use high fructose corn syrup and any artificial sweeteners.

Whether you are a cafe owner or a full service restaurant, your bar or
kitchen will need flavored syrup for your signature drink like sodas,
shakes, cocktails, mocktails, coffees, teas, or lemonades and want to
explore new flavors, we can provide you flavored syrups that will exceed
your expectations.

1. Mempresentasi dan menawarkan produk kepada customer
(Horeca)
2. Mengidentifikasi dan memahami kebutuhan customer
3. Melakukan follow up customer dan menjalin hubungan baik
dengan semua customer
4. Melakukan follow up tim tentang progress dan kendala yang
dihadapi tim
5. Menyusun target dan strategi sales
6. Memantau kinerja tim dan memastikan mencapai target
bulanan sales
7. Mempromosikan dan menjalankan semua campaign Delifru

Klasifikasinya :
1. Min S1 semua jurusan, usia minimal 35 Tahun
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun sebagai Sales di
bidang Food and Beverages
3. Jujur, kreatif, inovatif dan bertanggung jawab
4. Mampu berkomunikasi dan menjadi public speaking dengan
baik
5. Mampu berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai plus
6. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
7. Bersedia ditugaskan di seluruh area Indonesia
