COURSE DESCRIPTION:

A review of the general principles of Criminal Law, felonies, and offenses,


including circumstances affecting criminal liability, persons criminally liable for
felonies, penalties, and the definitions of various felonies defined in Book II of the
Revised Penal Code and other special penal laws.

COURSE GOALS: Expected College of Law Graduate Attributes(“ELGAs”)
