    AFFIDAVIT OF INVESTIGATOR

    I, PSSg Benjamin A Bedo, of legal age, a bona fide member of the Philippine
    National Police and presently assigned at Datu Odin Sinsuat MPS, PoblacionDalican,
    Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
    law do hereby depose and states, THAT:

    1. I am designated as Investigator at Datu Odin Sinsuat MPS.

    2. On the afternoon of May 15, 2023, PMSg John Manuel Bongcawil turned
    over to the undersigned the living persons of Datu Sahud Benito Lumundot, 25 years
    old, single and resident of Pob. Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao Del Norte
    and Boyet Imbal Sali, 21 years old, married and resident of Pob. Dalican, Datu Odin
    Sinsuat, Maguindanao Del Norte. Aforesaid policeman also turned over to the
    undersigned the pieces of evidence he confiscated as indicated in his affidavit of arrest.

    3. Accordingly, said persons were arrested during the conduct of anti-illegal


    gambling operation conducted on May 15, 2023 at about 3:20 PM inside the premises
    of DOS Public Market, Poblacion Dalican, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao Del Norte.
    During the said operation, pieces of evidence indicated in affidavit of arresting/seizing
    officer were seized in possession and control of the aforesaid suspects.

    4. The undersigned was designated as investigator on the said incident and


    have caused the preparation of the following documents;

    a) Referral letter to the Provincial Prosecutor;


    b) Affidavit of Arrest/Seizing Officer;
    c) Affidavit of Investigator;
    d) Photograph of the recovered evidence;
    e) Inventory sheet of recovered evidence;
    f) Arrest and booking sheet;
    g) Mugshot of the suspect;
    h) Spot Report.

    5. After evaluation on the statement of the arresting officer and based on


    available evidence, undersigned investigator found probable cause to file complaint for
    violation of PD 1602 as amended by RA 9287.

    6. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing


    statements and to support the filing of appropriate charges against the arrested suspect.
