    NOTICE OF APPEAL
    NOW COME the Accused in the above-entitled case, MA.
    MAGDALENA ROYO MUSTAFA, by counsel and unto this Honorable
    Court, most respectfully gives notice, within the 15-day reglementary period,
    that she is appealing to the Regional Trial Court, on both questions of fact and
    law, the whole JOINT DECISION of this Honorable Court promulgated on
    July 26, 2017 finding said accused guilty for two (2) counts of Falsification
    of Public Documents defined and penalized under par. 1 of Art. 172, in
    relation to par. 4 of Article 171 of the Revised Penal Code.

    At the time of filing, a copy of this notice was served on the Baguio
    City Prosecutor’s Office.

    The Accused has likewise paid the appeal fees, per Official Receipt No.
    1234567 A dated August 10, 2017, a copy of which is enclosed as Annex A.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


    that this Notice of Appeal be given due course.

    Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
