Processional

Ladies and gentlemen, let us witness the graduates, parents and guests on
their processional march.
Invocation:
May we request everyone for a moment of silence as we invoke the presence of
the Almighty through an prayer to be led by Grizaldylyn C. Sarmiento,
learner for the Christians and Adnan B. Usop for the Muslims. Please remain
standing for the singing of National Anthem to be conducted by Baiselyn U.
Mangulamas, O2 Facilitator.
Opening Remarks
Good morning! Mapia Mapita! Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa
Barakatuhu! Welcome to Notre Dame University! I am Brahim Usop, your host
for today.

My courtesy and respect to Fr. Francis Efren C. Zabala, OMI, DMin, University
President, DR. David Hall, Phd, Chief of Party, Joseph P. Fernandez,
Director, Office for Social Development our partners from the Local
Government Unit Hon. Mohammad Ali D. Matabalao, City Mayor, Hon.
Johari C. Abu, City Vice Mayor, guests, parents, and graduates, again a
wonderful morning to all of us! It is so nice to see you all gathered here today
to witness another milestone in the lives of our 21 st Century Learners as we
celebrate their Culmination Ceremonies. To formally welcome us into todays
event, may we call on Fr. Francis Efren C. Zabala, OMI, DMin, University
President for his Opening Remarks.

Presentation and Acceptance of Graduates

Thank you Fr. Francis for your warm welcome. At this moment, Sir Joseph P.
Fernandez, Director, Office for Social Development, shall now present the
candidates for graduation and they shall be confirmed and accepted by Fr.
Francis Efren C. Zabala, OMI, DMin, University President.

Distribution of Certificates

Congratulations to you our dear graduates! Now for the moment we have been
waiting for has finally come. You will be receiving your certificates of
completion to be distributed by DR. David Hall, Phd, Chief of Party, Fr.
Francis Efren C. Zabala, OMI, DMin, President, Joseph P. Fernandez,
Director, Office for Social Development, Hon. Mohammad Ali D. Matabalao,
City Mayor, Hon. Johari C. Abu, City Vice Mayor. May I request those who
were mentioned to please do the honors.

Completer’s Message:

Congratulations once again, graduates! If there are persons who are also happy
for your success aside from your parents and guardians, they are your
facilitators, lalo na po ako! I am so proud of you! At this juncture, may I
request Muhaimen M. Ork, graduate, for his Message.

Keynote Message:

Thank you Muhaimen for that message, surely your co-graduates share the
same!
At this moment, we are very lucky to have with us today our very own Dr.
David Hall, Chief of Party. Let us lend our ears as he delivers his Keynote
Message.

Messages from Partners:

Thank you Dr. Hall for the very inspiring and enlightening message. We are
also delighted today that we have with us our partners from the LGU and that
they will be giving us messages starting off with Hon. Johari C. Abu, City Vice
Mayor. A round of applause please.

Thank you Hon. Abu for your message of support. Another message will be
given to us by our very own, Mayor Para sa Lahat BM Hon. Mohammad Ali
“Nruce” D. Matabalao, Cotabato City Mayor.

Closing Remarks:

Thank you very much for your message of support. You are among the reasons
why we are able to help lots of OSYs in the City. Kudos to all of you!

Finally, we have come up to the last but not the least part of our program.

Our very own, Director of Office for Social Development, our mabait na,
magaling at gwapo pa boss Sir Joseph P. Fernandez for his Closing Remarks.

Thank you, once again for making the entire program a success. To our dear
graduates, I leave you with a challenge to be productive citizens of your own
communities and our country as well. Wherever life plants you, bloom with
grace. And always bring with you the life and business lessons the program
has taught you. Once again, this is Brahim B. Usop, signing off.
