    Being aggrieved with his transfer order dated 12.04.2023 being kept in abeyance, the
    applicant has filed the present OA.

    Since none appears to represent the respondents, issue 'Notice' to the respondents to be
    suitably represented on the next date of listing. Respondents are also directed to file
    their reply by next date.

    In the meantime, the respondents may consider and decide the pending representation
    of the applicant dated 18.04.2023 (Annexure-A/9) expeditiously.
