    “A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR THE REPAIR OF COMFORT ROOMS AS
    CLASS GIFT FOR COMPLETING JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL AND GRADUATING
    SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEARNERS OF LIM-AO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL FOR
    SY: 2022-2023”
    WHEREAS, it has been the practice of Lim-ao National High School Completers and
    Graduating students to donate something of utmost importance as a legacy or gift to
    their Alma Mater.
    WHEREAS, the School Planning Team (SY 2022-2023) conducted data gathering last January
    06, 2023, identifying the most urgent needs and necessities of the School and its stakeholders.

    WHEREAS, the need to repair the dilapidated two (2) Comfort Room buildings damaged by
    typhoon Yolanda was identified and classified as urgent due to the increasing ratio of student-
    to-comfort room situation.

    WHEREAS, during the meeting with the Completer and Graduating parents last January 19,
    2023, the issue was brought out by the School Head Mr. Michael Villena encouraging the
    parents to adapt the repair of the CR’s as class project for SY: 2022-2023 as the School is
    bereft of funds for the purpose.

    WHEREAS, the amount of two hundred seventy pesos (Php. 270) per learner was agreed upon
    and should be remitted ASAP to the Classroom SPTA Treasurer for the commencement of the
    repair in time for the graduation exercised.

    THEREFORE, upon motion of Mr. Luciano B. Ronquiz, duly seconded en masse it is resolve as
    it is hereby resolved to formulate a resolution of support for the repair of 2 building comfort
    rooms as class gift for Junior High School Completers and Senior High School graduating
    students for School Year 2022-2023.

    Done this 24th day of January, 2023 at Lim-ao National High School temporary function hall,
    Kananga, Leyte.
