SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, ________________________, single, of legal age, Filipino, with address at

and APPOINT, ___________________________, married, of legal age, Filipino, with address at Block
__ Lot ___ Viva Homes, Salawag, Dasmariñ as, Cavite, to be my true and lawful attorney, in my
name place and stead, perform the following acts, to wit:
1. To file, sign and execute contracts, agreements, or applications relating to water,

electricity, internet, cable, and/or landline; to exercise the power of administration and
to represent me, sign, and execute for and in my behalf all other forms, contracts,
affidavits, and/or any other necessary documents for the effective administration,
proper maintenance, supervision, operation, and/or management of the housing unit
located at Block ___ Lot ___ South Garden Villas, Paliparan 3, Dasmarinas, herein referred
to as the “PROPERTY”;
2. To receive and claim my original owner’s duplicate of transfer certificate of title, and tax
declarations of the PROPERTY, and all signed and executed documents and
acknowledgment or official receipts evidencing any transaction under my name;
3. To prepare, sign and execute affidavits, verified petitions, verification and certification
against non-forum shopping, applications, and similar documents necessary to protect
and carry out the purpose for which the PROPERTY was purchased;
4. To inspect and facilitate the turnover of the PROPERTY to me and to sign and execute
all corresponding documents for the turnover, acceptance, and move-in to the
PROPERTY;
5. To represent me with the village administrator or property manager of the South

Garden Villas, to pay any necessary condominium dues, and to request and claim
necessary certifications in relation to my PROPERTIES;
6. To manage all improvement activities covering the PROPERTY and to occupy the same
temporarily;
7. To represent me with the developer of the PROPERTY, DDC Land Corporation, for
purposes of managing my account/s with them relative to the records of the
PROPERTY and to sign and execute necessary documents in relation to my account/s;
8. To appoint or designate a substitute attorney-in-fact or authorized representative to

liaise and transact with various government agencies for and in my behalf, including but
not limited to, Assessor’s Office, Treasury Office, Barangay Hall, Registry of Deeds, and
Bureau of Internal Revenue;
9. To accomplish, execute, sign and deliver any and all the necessary documents or
instruments in connection with the above transaction and perform such other acts as
may be necessary in relation with the above purpose;
10. In general, to do all acts necessary in order to fully exercise the above-given authority.
HEREBY IRREVOCABLY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-Fact

full powers and authority to execute and perform all and every act necessary to render into
effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present and hereby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said Attorney-in-Fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
