Within 21 days from Booking date for Agreement of Sale (including booking amount) 20% + GST
On casting 2nd basement slab 10% + GST
On casting Stilt Floor slab 15% + GST
On casting 2nd Floor slab 15% + GST
On casting 5th Floor slab 10% + GST
On casting 9th Floor slab 10% + GST
On casting 12th Floor slab 5% + GST
On casting 14th Floor slab 5% + GST
On casting of Flooring of respective Flat 5% + GST
At the time of Handing over the Concerned Flat/Unit 5% + GST

Total 100% + GST

Notes:
a. All the payment should be made in the name of SREE KALPA BUILDERS
b. Applicant to deduct TDS at 1% of the total sales consideration, deposit to the Government and furnish the TDS certificate
c. Agreement of Sale will be executed upon receipt of 20% of sale consideration
d. Sale deed will be executed upon receipt of 100% sale consideration
e. Stamp duty, registration fee and GST imposed by Central/State Government and local authorities etc are extra and shall be borne
by the applicant as applicable
f. In case of any increase in the rate to the said taxes during construction period and before handing over the possession of the Flat
the same shall be levied and differential amount to be borne by applicant

g. Any modifications/alterations in the standard floor plan shall be considered based on the possibility afforded by structural and
electrical & plumbing lines, which will attract additional charges to be borne by applicant
h. Corpus Fund, Advance Maintenance Amount, Legal & Documentation Charges etc., would need to be paid at the time of
Registration
i. Any additional car parks would be charged at 250000/- and would be given on availability
j. Other terms & conditions applicable as per the Booking Application Form and Agreement of Sale
k. Prices mentioned above are subject to change without any prior notice
