Greetings!
This is to formally send you this final notice of non-payment of monthly rentals for the following period:
(5. PENALTY. Without prejudice to the other remedies available to the LESSOR, delayed
payment of monthly rental shall be subject to a penalty charge at the rate of ten percent (10%) per
month from the first day of the month of -LESSEE. Should the amount tendered by the LESSEE be
insufficient to fully settle her outstanding obligation, whether covered in one Statement of Account or
billing or otherwise, the said payment shall be applied in the following order of priority: interest due,
other charges then unpaid rental/s.
Non-payment of the monthly rental after the lapse of thirty (30) days from the date it falls
due shall entitle the LESSOR to extra-judicially rescind this contract and avail of the remedies provided
herein including denial of entry of the LESSEE into the Leased Premises.
In the event that any of the post-dated checks is dishonored, the LESSOR has the right to
institute appropriate legal actions against the LESSEE. The LESSEE shall pay the amount of the
dishonored check plus all bank charges or fees incurred plus penalty charge at the rate of ten percent
(10%) per month from the first day of the month of delinquency until fully paid, in cash through direct
bank deposit within the day it was notified of the dishonor.)
Due to the persistent non-payment of rent, we are left with no choice but to enforce our rights as the property
owner. In accordance with the law, we will be taking the necessary steps to secure the property by padlocking it
until the outstanding rent is settled.
Please be aware that padlocking the property is an action of last resort, and we would prefer to resolve this matter
amicably. We strongly urge you to contact our office immediately to discuss the outstanding rental amount.
Please settle your balance before July 17, 2023, in the amount of Php 52,500.00. to avoid more charges in the
future

We regret to inform you that we will be disconnecting your electricity and water supply on July 17, 2023, due to
unpaid bills. We have sent several reminders and notices regarding your outstanding balance, but we have not
received any payment or response from you.
We understand that disconnection is an inconvenience, but we have exhausted all possible means to collect the
payment. We urge you to settle your outstanding balance (P 45, 115.24) immediately in full to avoid any further
consequences.
Once you have settled your balance, please contact us to arrange for the reconnection of your services. Please note
that there may be additional charges for reconnection.
