    URGENT EX-PARTE MOTION TO ALLOW ACCUSED


    TO ATTEND THE WEDDING CEREMONY OF HIS ELDEST
    DAUGHTER

    COMES NOW, the accused JERRY SAMPANG y LIRIO, unto


    the Honorable Court, most respectfully avers, THAT:

    1. The accused is presently detained at Batangas Provincial Jail;

    2. The eldest daughter of the accused, Jesarie A. Sampang,1 will


    be married with her partner on 16 May 2015 at Nuestra Señora De La
    Soledad Parish in Darasa, Tanauan City, Batangas;

    3. The accused requests that he be allowed to attend the wedding


    ceremony of his eldest daughter to be held at ten o’clock in the morning
    at the said parish, considering that among the six children of the accused,
    Jesarie will be the first one to be wed and it is with utmost importance
    that the accused will be able to walk her down the aisle on that very
    special day;

    4. The Accused promises and undertakes to return immediately to


    the Batangas Provincial Jail after the aforesaid ceremony.

    WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed to the Honorable


    Court that the accused be allowed to attend the wedding ceremony of his
    eldest daughter on 16 May 2015 at Nuestra Señora De La Soledad Parish

    Attached herewith as Annexes “A” to “A-1” is a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth of Jesarie A.
    Sampang
    in Darasa, Tanauan City, Batangas to be held at ten o’clock in the
    morning.
