AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS EXECUTED AND MADE AT NEW DELHI ON 26th day of March
2023 BETWEEN : Mr. KONARK OGRA S/O Sh. VIJAY OGRA R/O A-306, SATISAR
APARTMENT PLOT NO – 06 , SECTOR – 7 , DWARKA NEW DELHI - 110075,
HEREINAFTER CALLED THE FIRST PARTY/ LANDLORD.
AND
Mr. ASHOK KUMAR S/O Sh. LEELA RAM R/O B – 566 - 67 , HASTSAL COLONY
UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI – 110059,HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE
CONTRACTOR /SECOND PARTY.
The expression of both the parties shall mean and include their respective heirs, successors and
assigns etc.
That on the mutual consent of the both party, the both party has agreed to contract for interior
work, bathroom work, electrical work, and kitchen remodel between home owner and civil
contractor situated AT I-581, POCKET I, BLOCK I, SECTOR ALPHA II, GREATER
NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH 201306.
2. Payment The Owner shall pay the Contractor Rs. 3,45,000/-(Three Lakh Forty
Five Thousand Only) for the Work. The Contract Price shall be paid in
installments as follows:
a) 30% of the Contract Price shall be paid upon commencement of the Work.
b) 40% of the Contract Price shall be paid upon completion of 50% of the Work.
c) 20% of the Contract Price shall be paid upon completion of 75% of the Work.
d) 10% of the Contract Price shall be paid upon completion of the Work.
e) The final 10% of the Contract Price shall be retained by the Owner for a period
of thirty (30) days following completion of the Work as a security deposit
against any deficiencies or defects in the Work.
4. That the work of Kitchen remodel, Marble, Electrical not be included in the
above payment schedule.

and 5 bathroom work - including –
5. That payment for the work mentioned above will have to be done separately
other than the payment of civil structure.
6. Indemnification. The Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner
from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in
connection with the Contractor’s performance of the Work.
7. That Warranty the Contractor warrants that all Work shall be performed in a
good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable laws,
regulations, and codes. The Contractor shall promptly correct any deficiencies
or defects in the Work that are discovered during the warranty period
