    RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE ATTY. HAIDEE S. PACHECO AND


    HONORABLE PHILIP THEODORE E. CRUZ TO DONATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
    OR MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROOF OF STAGE FOR
    O B O N G E L E MENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT BARANGAY OBONG, BASISTA,
    PANGASINAN.

    WHEREAS, the Obong Elementary School Teaching Force and Federated PTA officials
    aim to promote safety, confidence, bring joy to k ids, parents, and teachers to performing
    the public.

    WHEREAS. This project is very beneficial for Obong Elementary School and much more
    needed by the pupil.

    WHEREAS the SPTA Officers find it difficult to accomplish this project for lack of funds
    however the SPTA Officers are pessimistic that this project will be realized thru the help
    of generous high ranking government officials and in this case the Honorable Philip
    Theodore E. Cruz and Atty. Haidee S. Pacheco. Attached herewith is a copy of the Project
    Proposal for reference and guidance.

    WHEREAS, with your benevolent heart, we are optimistic for your immediate action on our
    request.

    NOWTHEREFORE. On motion of the Federated PTA President Mrs. MYRA T. ABRAGAN


    and duly seconded by one of the boards of director Mr. Renato S. De Guzman it was:

    RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to the HONORABLE ATTY. HAIDEE S. PACHECO


    AND PHILIP THEODORE E. CRUZ, Provincial Board Members in the SECOND DISTRICT of
    Province of Pangasinan to donate in cash or materials for the said project of Obong
    Republic of the Philippines
