    1. ‫َأَلْم َتَر َكْيَف َفَع َل َرُّبَك ِب َأْص َح اِب اْلِف يِل‬


    2. ‫َأَلْم َيْج َع ْل َكْيَد ُهْم ِف ي َتْض ِل يٍل‬
    3. ‫َو َأْرَس َل َع َلْيِه ْم َطْيًر ا َأَباِبيَل‬
    4. ‫َتْر ِم يِه ْم ِب ِح َج اَر ٍة ِم ْن ِس ِّج يٍل‬
    5. ‫َفَجَع َلُه ْم َكَعْص ٍف َمْأ ُكوٍل‬

    Transliteration: 

    1. Alam tara kaifa fa’ala rabbuka bi ashaabil feel


    2. Alam yaj’al kai dahum fee tad leel
    3. Wa arsala ‘alaihim tairan abaabeel
    4. Tar meehim bi hi jaaratim min sij jeel
    5. Faja ‘alahum ka’asfim m’akool

    Translation:

    1. Have you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your Lord


    dealt with the companions of the elephant?
    2. Did He not make their plan into misguidance?
    3. And He sent against them birds in flocks,
    4. Striking them with stones of hard clay,
    5. And He made them like eaten straw.
