designing, implementing, developing and integrating multiple software and systems, to optimize our
clients’ business processes and help them achieve their goals.
Purpose of the Role
We serve various clients across MEA and America markets. Our clients are varied form insurance to
telco, to retailers. We have a high demand for various projects and clients across the spectrum of
SharePoint development, enhancement, migration and delivery needs. Clients need our services to
meet their site migrations, revamps, tenant to tenant migrations, online migrations, advisory and
consulting services and enhancements.
As an Adobe Captivate Consultant, you will collaborate with our clients, instructional designers, and
subject matter experts to create engaging and effective e-learning modules and courses. Leveraging
your expertise in Adobe Captivate, you will design interactive simulations, quizzes, and multimedia
elements that enhance learner engagement and retention. The ideal candidate should have a
strong understanding of e-learning best practices, multimedia development, and a passion for
delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Duties and Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning
objectives and training requirements.
2. Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and assessments using
Adobe Captivate.
3. Create engaging multimedia elements, including audio, video, and animations, to enhance
the learning experience.
4. Customize and design templates and themes for consistency across different e-learning
projects.
5. Incorporate gamification elements and interactive scenarios to encourage learner

participation and knowledge retention.
6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of e-learning

content into learning management systems (LMS).
7. Conduct quality assurance testing to verify the functionality and usability of e-learning
modules across various devices and platforms.
8. Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Adobe Captivate and other e-learning
authoring tools, proposing enhancements to current workflows.
9. Provide technical support and training to instructional designers and clients on the effective
use of Adobe Captivate.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
and innovation in e-learning development.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
 Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
 Proven experience (3 TO 5 years) as an e-learning developer or instructional designer, with

a strong focus on Adobe Captivate.
 Extensive knowledge of Adobe Captivate's features, including advanced interactivity,

responsive design, and branching scenarios.
 Strong proficiency in multimedia development, using audio and video editing tools, and
creating animations.
 Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards for e-learning content packaging and tracking.
 Excellent visual design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and learner-centric
e-learning content.
 Experience with learning management systems and course deployment processes.
 Strong project management and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and handle
multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and
clients.
 Knowledge of other e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Lectora) is a plus.
Qualifications
 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
 Certification in ADOBE preferred
