    PROJECT PROPOSAL

    TITLE : PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT


    DATE : OCTOBER 11, 2022
    VENUE : SACRITAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL

    I. RATIONALE:

    Taking medication as prescribed is important in controlling different


    conditions, overall health, and well-being. First aid provides an essential role in
    keeping a casualty from getting worse and helps to stabilize health condition
    before professional health arrived.
    In this face- to- face learning, teachers and learners are required to be in the
    best state of health to meet these demands that are contributory to the effective
    implementation of the DepEd program on the continuing education. Hence, the
    Sacritan Integrated School designs this project to optimize the health condition of
    all personnel and learners to promote, develop, and maintain the health and
    general well- being of the members of the school community.
    The DepEd Order no. 014, s.2020 Guidelines on the Required Health
    Standards in Basic Education Offices and Schools for the guidance of all learners,
    teachers, and non- teaching personnel nationwide.
    In this connection, Php. 94,000.00 would be allocated from the Sacritan
    Integrated School budget to buy medicines for the teaching, non-teaching staff,
    and learners.
    II. OVERVIEW

    This project focuses on the wellness of teachers, non-teaching personnel, and


    learners of Sacritan Integrated School.
    III. OBJECTIVES:
    a. To give basic care to a patient to minimize the consequences or sudden
    illness.
    b. To provide compelling and urgent care for an injury and illness.
    IV. EXPECTED OUTPUT:
    1. Give immediate action and to provide a needed medicine to patients specific
    illness
