1. AIM

Industrial training is an integral part of Engineering

and acknowledgment of technological upgradation.
The purpose of industrial visit for students is to
provide technical knowledge with the technological
development in the industry and to understand the gap
between the theoretical and practical knowledge that
could be passed in future. This experience can help
students to provided information regarding functioning
of various industries and associated problems and
limitations. Interfacing with the industry also
provides a chance to build networks and done their
communication skills. Moreover, the participating
organizations also gain by getting refined students from
the respective institute which could also help in
improving their economy.
2. INTRODUCTION

As part of the curriculum we have undergone a training

of 30 days in Sonipat

The aesthetically designed of engineering college in

Sonipat is breakthrough in education in Haryana .The
beautifully landscaped campus located in close proximity
to Highway provides easy accessibility & conveyance to
students and faculties from in and across the state.

Mr.Ankit Verma is the project manager &he gave a brief

explanation about the project.
3. DETAILS OF THE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

Fig.1 Honey Combs in Concrete Columns

Batching and mixing is done by computer aided

machine. It has 0.35m^3 capacities per batch & it pump
up to 50m. The cement, water & aggregates are stored
separately and required quantities given to machine
automatically.
Fig. 2 Rebar Bending Machine

Rebar bending machines are usually used for accuracy of

bending angles. The machine is suitable for bending
wide varieties of steel bars, TMT, and reinforcement bars
etc used in construction. It is capable of bending the
toughest rebars and its application is very extensive.
Fig.3 Formwork of column
Column formwork is a type of concrete formwork.
Concrete formwork is a mold made of steel, aluminum,
timber, plastic, or other materials in which wet concrete
is poured to achieve a desired shape and size for
construction.
Fig.4 RCC Footing

They are Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) footings,

and are made up of steel bars that act as a reinforcement
to the concrete foundation, which bears the entire
weight of the home. The footings transfer the overall
weight to the ground easing the load on your home's
structure.
Fig.5 Concrete Mixer

Concrete mixers are devices capable of preparing

concrete mixtures of varying strength precisely as well as
quickly. Some concrete mixers are even capable of
dispensing the concrete mixture directly on the location
of the construction.
4. CONCLUSION

We have completed the 30 days training in site and we have

learnt, to gain the knowledge through hands on observation
and job execution. From the industrial training, wel also
develop skills in work ethics, communication, management
and others.
