INTRODUCTION

The Parents Teachers Association (PTA) is a recognized group of parents and


teachers that work together for the benefit of the school. They play an integral part
and has defined duties and responsibilities. The vital role signifies good
partnership in terms of the implementation of the programs and projects of the
school for the benefit of the learners.

OBJECTIVES

1. To establish harmonious relationship among parents, teachers and pupils.


2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders
3. To help the school in the implementation of the programs and projects
4. To promote school community friendly environment

ACTIVITIES

1. Monthly meeting about the projects in school


2. Helped in Brigada Eskwela for the preparation of Opening of Classes
3. Solicitation letter are given to some well-to do families to gather funds.
4. Actively Participated in different school activities such as feeding programs,
greening program as Gulayan sa Paaralan.
5. Initiated Fund Raising activity to gather funds for proposed projects.

GENERALIZATION

There is a good relationship between school and PTA as one of the stakeholder.
Parents, Teachers, students and PTA officers help each other in implementing
school activities and programs.

The GPTA project with the initiative of Mrs. Rosechelle De Leon together with
other officers who gave their time, support and effort is a success.
