Dear Shivani,

It was a pleasure having you visit our office recently, and I trust that we gave you an
appreciable understanding of the position for which you have been considered.
Your date of joining is 10-AUG-2023.

I would like you to know that the gentleman with whom you spoke think very highly of you
from both a personal and professional standpoint, and we feel that you can make a decide
contribution to our efforts. Therefore, I would like to conform my verbal offer for the
position of Jr. Counselor in our department with a monthly salary package of 12,000/=.

EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEWS:

Every employee will undergo a review at the end of their 3 months probationary period.
Following on from this every employee will go through an annual performance process.
Throughout this review, the employee must be able to demonstrate that they can meet the
requirements of the job and comply with the company rules, procedure and standards. The
following areas will be assessed in the review:

Working to own initiative/teamwork


Performance ability and level achievement maintained
Attitude and enthusiasm
Attendance and time keeping

Employee who does not meet the criteria may face their employment being terminated
within the 3 months probationary period. They will be informed when they have completed
their probationary period by their manager, and will also get conformation of this by
letter.

Any kind of leave
taken by you
would not be a
paid until and
unless notified 2
days in advance.
Also for every
leave taken, a fine
of Rs. 300 would be
deducted from
your salary to
compensate for
your cost for the
day. The fine
would be
applicable in the
leave is not
sanctioned by the
management. To
get a leave
sanctioned,
management has
to be informed in
working about the
leave at least 2
days prior to the
day of leave.
Also note that each
agent is entitled for
1 paid leave in a
month provided it
is sanctioned
by the management,
and if taken
another leave then
you lose your
attendance
allowance.

TERMINATION:
Should you wish to
terminate your
employment with
the company, you
are required to
give a minimum
notice of 30 days
to the company. If
not, the company
reserves full rights
to hold back the
monthly dues, if
any.

Should the
candidate
happens to
leave/terminate
within the first 15
days of joining,
the expenses done
on your training
will be recovered
in the form of
salary for the days
you have worked
hear.
