    Our warmest greetings in the name of our Dear Almighty!

    In the course of developing our young learners today amidst the COVID-19 pandemic brought massive challenges that defies the
    readiness of school administrators and other stakeholders. For more than 2 years of struggling deliveries of basic education at the
    doorsteps of learners just to bridge the educational gap in terms of learning through various learning flatforms and modalities, still
    our school is in dire need for innovations and partnerships with other stakeholders to support our programs in literacy and
    numeracy.

    In responding on the mantra of SDO-Isabela “ Bawat Bata Bumabasa and Walang Batang Maiiwan” and with our commitment to
    raise competencies on literacy and numeracy among our learners, we are now on the realization of our Project AGBASA, Project
    BE-Panagbasam, Pagbabadangan and Project Book-Load” . Inclusive with our programs are tasks to reach out our learners at their
    homes and bringing reading materials and provision of assistance in the process. Further, encouraging and partnership with
    reading facilitator volunteers is an essential part of these program for they are one of our knowledge bearers.

    May we therefore ask your services to be one of our partners in the implementation of our projects and benefactors as well by
    providing us junk tires for Reading Area beautification. We are also pleased to inform you that our office is always open to discuss
    with you any clarification which relative thereto as to the success of these endeavor.
