    reviewed as it’s in future plan to be done by specialist, separate approval shall be obtained for the same whenever the swimming

    ● Provide a comprehensive project specific “Green briefing / training” to the site team for proper site compliance.
    ● Please ensure adequate controls for proper implementation of green building requirements in all phases including
    procurement, commissioning and -handing over.-
    ● Any green building issues / challenges that may potentially impact the original commitments made shall be brought to
    Trakhees attention for necessary advice and clearance. Request for waivers at BCC stage will not be entertained.
    ● You are advised to look into Circulars and guidelines available in our portal for additional information.
