Job Description:
Summary:
The position is accountable for the overall sales growth, profitability and supervision of the ATPL
business segment.
Administrative Responsibilities
Establishes priorities on increase in results of customer satisfaction
Analyzes, organizes and monitors daily activities together with sales & Service Advisors Counterparts.
Learns and understands the performance business data and applies it fairly to daily operations and
decisions in effort to increase Subordinates productivity.

satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
MBA or Degree/Diploma in a related field.
10+ years related experience as Area Sales Manager - Tyre Industry - Sales
& Related Services/ equivalent combination of education and experience.
OEM & Smaller Retailers Experience is Must.
Digital Sales/E-com sales will be an added advantage.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively
before groups of customers or employees of organization.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee regularly works as per the designed schedule.
The employee regularly works an average of 9 hours per day, and may attend meetings after
normal business hours.
Travel between locations is often required by the employees and self.
MISCELLANEOUS
Acceptable driving record, in line with the stated ATPL Company Policy, and valid driver’s license.
The employee must comply with all aspects of ATPL Workplace Policy.
