REGULATION NO. 6 OF 2019


SPORTS & PHYSICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES

Whereas, it is expedient to frame the Regulation for “SPORTS & PHYSICAL


EDUCATION ACTIVITIES”, the Management Council is hereby pleased to make the following
Regulation.
1. This Regulation may be called as “Regulation for Sports & Physical Education Activities”
2. This Regulation shall come into force w.e.f. the date of its passing by the Management
Council.
DEFINITIONS
In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise require :
1. “University” means Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University;
2. “Board” means Board of Sports & Physical Education constituted under Maharashtra Public
Universities Act, 2016 under section 57;
3. “Chairman” means Chairman of Board of Sports & Physical Education constituted as per
Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 under sub section (2) (a) of section 57;
4. “Director” means Director of Sports & Physical Education of the University as per
Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 under sub section (1) of section 24;
5. “Person In-charge” means a teacher and member of the Games Committee appointed by the
Chairman of the Board on recommendation of the Program Committee;
6. “Director of Physical Education/Sports” means a teacher/Director of Physical Education in
any affiliated College/Institute/Department of the University;
7. “Manager” means a teacher appointed by the Chairman of the Board to accompany the
University team for participating in the Inter University or other tournaments decided by the
Board;
8. “Coach” means a person/teacher proficient in that particular game appointed by the
Chairman to give the coaching to the selected team and accompany the University team for
participating in the Inter University or other tournaments decided by the Board;
9. “Centre” means place approved by the Chairman, Board to conduct particular event on the
recommendation of Program Committee;
10. “Affiliated college” means a college, which has been granted affiliation by the University;
11. “Autonomous college”, “autonomous institution” or “autonomous department” means a
college, institution or department to which autonomy is granted and is designated to be so by
the Statutes;
12. “Committee” means Committee appointed by the Board/Chairman of the Board;
All the words and expressions appearing in this Regulation and not hereinafter defined shall
have the same meaning and connotations to them as in the Maharashtra Public Universities Act,
2016, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.

UNIVERSITY INTER COLLEGE / UNIVERSITY TOURNAMNETS.


1. EVENTS CONDUCTED BY THE BOARD:
i) The Board shall annually hold various tournaments on such dates as may be fixed by it on
recommendation of Program Committee.
ii) Ordinarily, the Board shall conduct the following tournaments/events in the Men &
Women Section.

iii) The Board may also conduct tournament in any other event as may be decided by the
Association of Indian University from time to time taking into consideration the facilities,
infrastructure, qualified referees, number of beneficiaries, required sports/games
equipment available at the College and University level.
iv) The Board shall also ordinarily select Best Sports (Man & Woman) every year on the
recommendation of Best Sports (Man & Woman) selection committee. The player selected
for the award of Best Sports Man & Woman shall be entitled to receive cash award of Rs.
10,000/- each. The award money may be revised by the Board from time to time.
v) The Board shall annually hold Athletic meet for the male & female Athletes of the
affiliated, constituent or conducted, autonomous Colleges to the University at such
suitable place/venue as recommended by the Program Committee.

vi) Each participant College/Department shall send their entries in the prescribed form to the
Office of the Director, Sports & Physical Education on or before 2nd August of the year.
vii) A College shall not enter more than one team for each event.
2. ENTRY FEES
i) The College shall pay the entry fee by payment gateway mode/off line method on or
before 2nd August of the year. The entries and entry fee should be deposited with the help
of the special software prepared by the University for this Department by cheque/demand
draft or by cash.
ii) The following shall be the entry fees payable for various teams and individual events
decided by the Board.

iii) No entries shall be accepted in team events after the above prescribed date. However, the
late entry shall be accepted only in individual event on additional payment of Rs. 500/-
(Rs. Five Hundred) per event on or before 10 days of the commencement of the particular
event.
iv) The colleges unable to deposit the entry fee for the team event may not send more than 03
players directly to the selection trials organize for that particular game with the request
letter of the Principal of the College/Head of the Post Graduate Teaching Department of
the University in the name of Chairman of the selection committee of the particular game.
v) Entry for direct selection trial shall not be applicable to the individual events mentioned in
B) above.
vi) The names of the colleges that shall not be appeared in the declared circular of the
particular event, athletes of those colleges appearing for the selection trials shall have to
carry the copy of the amount of fees deposited in the individual event otherwise; he/she
shall not be allowed to participate in the selection trial.
vii) The Management Council from time to time on the recommendations of the Board may
revise the above entry fees.
viii) Fixtures of the various tournaments drawn by the Program Committee constituted by the
Board shall be circulated to the participating colleges well in advance.
ix) Entry fees once paid shall not be refunded in any case or be substituted to another game.
x) The Director may make necessary alterations in the programs and venues of the University
tournament as and when necessary.
3. ELIGIBILITY RULES :
Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the eligibility rules prescribed by the
Association of Indian Universities from time to time shall be applicable to the University Inter
Collegiate tournaments. The Department on its website shall publish these rules every year.
4. GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR INTER COLLEGIATE MATCHES :
i) Every student representing a college in the Inter Collegiate tournaments shall carry an
identity card, which shall bear the following.
a) Recent passport size photograph.
b) Signature of the Principal
c) Seal of the college.
ii) Ordinarily a team shall not require to play more two matches a day nor shall it required to
play two matches unless there is an interval of six hours. However it shall be competent
for the person in-charge of the event to ask a team to play more than two matches or to
play matches at shorter intervals if the situation so demands.
iii) No matches shall be postponed on any ground other than the ground of unfavorable
weather conditions.
iv) The result of the Matches shall be decided as per the rules and regulations of that
particular game. The matches postponed on ground of unfavorable weather conditions
shall be decided on spin of coin.
v) The Games Committee appointed by the organizing college shall take the decision
regarding the postponement of the tournament on ground of unfavorable weather
conditions.
vi) No matches shall be postponed on the death of a dignitary. However, two minutes silence
may be observed as a mark of respect to the dignitary.

vii) Notice of withdrawal of the team from an event for which the college has paid fees shall
be communicated to the person in-charge of the tournament, concerned Director, Sports
& Physical Education of the opponent college and also to the Director of Sports &
Physical Education of the University at list twenty four hours of the day fixed for the
match. A College failing to comply with this requirement shall be liable to pay Rs.
1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) as a fine.
viii) The decision of the referee/umpire shall final.
ix) A match interrupted for any reason shall be continued from the point of interruption or as
per the rules and regulation of the concerned games.
x) Uses of crackers at the time of University tournaments are strictly prohibited.
xi) Once walk over is declared at a match by the person in-charge, it shall not be played. The
aggrieved party may, however, appeal against the decision of the person in-charge to the
Games Committee whose decision in the matter shall be final.
xii) In all the events of the tournaments the participants shall only wear the playing kit decided
the for the particular games failing to which the participant will be excluded from the
match.
xiii) Participant colleges shall be responsible for the proper behavior of their players and
student spectators.
xiv) Spectators shall not be allowed to stand or sit within the within the recovery area of the
play field nor shall they are allowed to sit on stand behind the goal post.
xv) Breach of rules contained in the above paragraph of any unsporting, undisciplined, rude or
unruly behavior on the part of players shall make the college liable for any
disqualification.
xvi) Whenever a person in-charge disqualifies a college for the reasons mentioned above he
shall immediately sent a report of the incident and the reasons for his decision to the
Director. The Director shall place the report before the Board for its consideration which
may take such action including disqualifying the college for such specified period as it
may deem fit.
xvii) The colleges/Institutes/H.O.D. P.G. Departments shall supply balls, Shuttlecocks or any
other sports equipment for the use in the matches.

5. PROTEST :
Under this Regulation, the term “Referee” shall include umpire and vice versa.
i) a) A college making a protest against any decision of the Director/person in-
charge or referee shall pay a protest fee of Rs. 1000/- at the venue of the
tournament, which after words at the end of the tournament the person in-charge
shall deposit with the University. The fees thus paid shall not be refundable.
b) No protest shall lie against the decision of referee based on point of facts during a
match. Protest against the decision of the referee based on points of law shall be
entertained.
c) Mechanism of deciding protest.
a) There shall be protest committee constituted by the Board to decide all matters
pertaining to matches played in Amravati city. The Director shall be the Ex-
officio Secretary of this committee.

b) All protest against decision of person in-charge/referee shall reach the Director
within two hours of the decision of the person in-charge or within two hours of
the close of the match as the case may be.
c) On receipt of the protest, Director shall immediately call for the detailed
statement of the person in-charge or the referee as case may be regarding his
version in the matter involved in protest. In addition the Director shall also call
for the results sheets of the match in question.
d) The Director shall place the protest, the statement of referee/person in-charge and
all other concerned papers before the Protest Committee which shall decided the
matter in such manner as it may deem fit. If necessary, the Protest Committee
may give an opportunity to the parties concerned of being heard.
e) In a protest, onus of proving its point lies on the party lodging protest.
6. CONDUCT OF UNIVERSITY INTER COLLEGIATE TOURNAMENTS :
i) All matches conducted by the University shall be played in accordance with the latest
Rules & Regulations prescribed by the Association of Indian Universities.
ii) Concerned players/Teams must report to the person in-charge 30 minutes before the
commencement of the match/tournament.
iii) The following are the rates of remuneration of officials for conduct of Inter Collegiate
tournaments.

appointed official shall be admissible.
35. For referee and umpire of every game, local conveyance approved as per University Regulation from time to
time shall be admissible.
36. The College shall be entitled to receive Rs. 500/- per day for the total duration of coaching camp organized
for the practice of the teams/individual event to represent the University in the Inter University tournaments.
Besides this, 02 labours at the rate of Rs. 200/- per day per head shall be paid to the coaching camp
organizing college.

iv) For the purpose of award of General Championship Trophy, a college obtaining the
maximum points (excluding athletics) shall be awarded the general championship
trophy for the year concerned.
v) In case more colleges than one are eligible for being declared as the general champion,
each college shall retain the trophy for the proportionate period of the year. Lots shall
decide the sequence of retention of the trophy in the various colleges.
7. COMMITTEES :
I. STANDING COMMITTEE
The Board shall, at its first meeting constitute a Standing Committee of following.
a) The Chairman – Pro- Vice Chancellor
b) One Member of the Board nominated under section 57(2)(f) – Members
c) One Member of the Board nominated under section 57(2)(c) – Member
d) Two Director of Sports/Physical Education/Teachers of professional colleges of Local
affiliated/conducted/constituent/autonomous colleges out of which One shall be local
and One from outside the Amravati City who has at least represented an Inter
University tournament as a player in any game/sports - Members
e) One other person related to sports – Member
f) The Director Sports & Physical Education – Secretary
The functions of the Standing Committee shall be –
i) To advice, the Chairman in disposing of urgent matters which ordinarily fall within the
purview of the Board.
ii) To advice on such matters, referred by the Chairman.
The tenure of the Standing Committee shall be for the period of 01 year .
If in case due to any reason, the nominated the Chairman unable to attend the scheduled
meeting in that case the member present in the meeting shall elect the Chairman amongst them.

II. PROGRAM COMMITTEE :

i) Every year, the Board at its first meeting shall constitute a Program Committee, which
shall consist of 05 Directors of Physical Education/teachers nominated by the Board.
ii) Out of these five members, one of them shall be appointed as a Chairman.
iii) The Director of Sports & Physical Education shall be the Ex-Officio Secretary of the
committee.
iv) The tenure of the Program Committee shall be of one academic session.
v) The Program Committee shall :
a) After taking into consideration the proposals received from the various colleges,
allot the different tournament to be conducted by the Board during the year to the
different centers.
b) Subdivide the entries for the particular tournaments into the required number of sub
zones or such zones as decided by it, at its discretion on basis of the actual number
of entries received.
c) Decide the centers at which the preliminary rounds, the quarterfinals, the semi finals
and the final are to be played.
d) Decide the dates on which matches are to be played at the different centers.
e) Draw the lots for the tournaments.
vi) The Director may in case of necessity alter the dates or centers of the tournaments but in
no case change the lots drawn by the committee.

III. GAMES COMMITTEE :


i) For every tournament to be conducted at a place other than Amravati, the Board shall
constitute the Games Committee on the recommendation of the Principal of the college
to which the tournament has been allotted.
ii) The Games Committee ordinarily consists of the following.
a) Principal of the College – Ex Officio Chairman
b) Teacher of the College nominated by the Principal – Ex Officio Secretary who shall
be designated as person in-charge
c) One person interested in sports and games, preferably, which has been allotted to the
college, to be nominated by the principal. Such person may be either from the
college or from the town.
iii) The Games Committee shall :
a) Organize the University tournament allotted them and make the necessary
arrangements for its smooth conduct closure to the standards.
b) Act as a final jury of appeal for all disputes and protest that may arise out of the
conduct of tournament at the center outside Amravati city.
c) Recommend the names of the players to be invited by the Board for the trials to be
held for selecting the University team for that particular game.
d) Help in making lodging arrangements of the participating teams.
e) Conduct the tournaments in accordance with the scheduled drawn by the Program
Committee.
f) If necessary, Co-opt the knowledgeable person in the game concerned, on jury of
appeal.
iv)The Chairman of the Board shall appoint a person in-charge to conduct the tournaments
allotted in Amravati on the recommendation of Principal of the organizing college.
Separate teachers/Director, Sports & Physical Education shall be appointed for the
separate tournaments.
v) The person in-charge so appointed shall work in close collaboration with the Director of
Sports & Physical Education, of the University.
vi)The Games Committee for the tournaments at Amravati shall consist of the following.
a) Principal of the College – Ex Officio Chairman
b) Teacher of the College nominated by the Principal – Ex Officio Secretary who shall
be designated as person in-charge
c) One person interested in sports and games, preferably in the game, which is allotted
to the college, to be nominated by the principal. Such person may be either from the
college or from the town.

IV. JURY OF APPEAL COMMITTEE :


i) The jury of appeal at Amravati shall consist of two persons nominated by the Board.
ii) The jury of appeal at Amravati shall also if necessary Co-opt additional knowledgeable
person as the jury.
V. BLAZER, CREST, TRACK SUIT SELECTION COMMITTEE :
i) Every year the Standing Committee shall select the required Blazer, Crest, Track Suit for
the players representing University in the Inter University Tournaments.
ii) The Office with the prior approval of the Chairman of Blazer, Crest and Tracksuit
Selection Committee arrange a meeting of the committee in the month of May to select the
appropriate sample from amongst the samples received. The office shall obtain a signature
of the members of the committee on the selected sample and keep the selected sample with
the office for that financial year.
iii) The sample thus approved by the committee shall be submitted to the Store Department of
the University for the further process of purchase.
iv) At the end of the financial year and after the complete payment of the concerned supplier,
the sample kept with the office of the Board of Sports & Physical Education be return to
the supplier.
v) On receipt of any complaint about the supply in the selected player kit, Blazer, Track Suit,
Mono the Director shall bring this fact in written along with the copy of the complaint
from the players to the Store Department for further necessary action.
vi) It shall be mandatory to all Managers, Coaches, Players & concerns to collect the Blazer,
Track Suit and Mono from the office of the Board of Sports & Physical Education prior to
the end of financial year. Failing which office shall not be held responsible for any damage
in the received supply from the supplier.
VI. Selection, purchase & distribution procedure for players kit for the representatives
of Inter University Tournaments :
i) The Board every year, distribute the player kit to the representatives for Inter
University Tournaments under the supervision of the Office of the Board of Sports &
Physical Education.
ii) Every year, the limit of the rates for the purchase of game wise player kit shall be
decided by the Board & shall be notified for the information of the concern from
time to time.
iii) The payment of the supplier shall be made by the office on receipt of the authorized
bill from the appointed Coach of the team.
iv) The Coach alongwith the team members shall visit the open market and shall select
the required player kit for the concerned game and order the supplier to handover the
selected players kit before the team leave for the Inter University Tournament.
v) The Coach shall also inform the supplier to make the required printing of the
emblem, name of University & numbers on back and the front side of the apparels.
vi) It shall be responsibility of the Coach and the Players to select the appropriate player
kit for their game and the Coach shall have to collect and submit the authorized bill
including the rates of requisite printing.

vii) On receipt of the Bill from the Coach, the office after scrutinizing may make the
payment of the concerned supplier by Cheque.
viii) Every selected player and Coach shall have to submit the satisfaction report about
the receipt of the player kit in the prescribed format decided by the Board. (
Format – AB)
ix) The Coach shall not purchase the players kit above the maximum approved limit by
the University. He/She also compare the rates of the similar item in the market to
avoid expensive purchases.
x) For representing the University in the West / Central Zone, Inter Zonal, Maharashtra
State Inter University Sports Meet, every player shall be entitled to receive a fresh
player kit. The expenditure thus incurred on such purchases shall be borne by the
University.
8. GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCT OF TOURNAMENTS :
i) The Games Committee shall make all necessary arrangements including appointment
of qualified referees, selection of ground etc. well in advance of the actual dates fixed
for the tournament.
ii) Committee shall inform all the participating teams, the referee and the Director of
Sports & Physical Education of the University regarding arrangements made for the
conduct of the tournaments at least fifteen days before the commencement of the
tournament.
iii) The committee shall carefully scrutinize the eligibility form received from the
participating colleges as per the eligibility rules prescribed by the Association of
Indian Universities.
iv) The committee shall immediately inform the Director results of the matches played in
the prescribed proforma.
v) The committee at the end of the tournament shall submit a detailed report of the
tournament along with the result of the matches in the prescribed proforma.
vi) The committee shall at the end of the tournament forward to the Director the names of
the players who in committee’s opinion deserved to be invited for the selection trials.
vii) Names of such players who actually played in the matches including those from
amongst the reserves, who play as substitute, should be mentioned in the result sheet
of each match.
viii) It shall be within the competence of the games committee to incurred all the
legitimate expenditure as per the rates approved by the University for the conduct of
the tournaments. Such expenditure may initially be incurred from the general funds
of the colleges.
ix) Details account of expenditure supported by necessary vouchers duly signed by the
person in-charge of the zone should be forwarded to the Director before 10th of
February of that academic year.
x) The games committee may request the police to maintain the law and order on and off
the playground.
xi) The members of the games committee shall not act as a referee at the matches.

9. SELECTION COMMITTEE :
i) The Board at its First meeting of New Academic Year shall appoint a Selection
Committee for each event. The Selection Committee shall consist of following –
a) The Chairman - (Not appointed for consecutive year)
b) Three Director of Sports/Physical Education/teachers of affiliated/conducted/
constituent/autonomous college recognized by the University – Members.
c) Director, Sports & Physical Education – Ex Officio Member Secretary
d) The Chairman of the Selection Committee may Co-opt one expert in that game who
shall not be the employee of affiliated/conducted/constituent/ autonomous college
recognized by the University
e) The Co-opted member shall have no vote.
f) The selection of the players shall be made on the basis of simple majority. In case of
equality of votes, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.
ii) Members attending meeting and selection trial shall be entitled for T.A. & D.A. for out
station member. However, members of the local shall be entitled to receive local
conveyance.
iii) i. The University team in game/sports shall be selected, as far as possible 01 (one)
month before the commencement of Inter University Tournament.
ii. The Selection Committee shall consider the players recommended by the Games
Committee of the concerned tournament for the selection trial.
iii. The Selection Committee shall also consider such players recommended by the
Principal of their college for the selection trial.
iv. In case selection committee desire to consider the names of such players who have not
been recommended by the Games Committee, it may do so after consulting the
Principal of the concerned college.
v. The selection Committee may consider those players who could not participate in the
University Intercollegiate tournaments for some reasons, but have been recommended
by the Principal concerned.
vi. The selection Committee may also consider those players who had represented the
University in the Inter University Tournaments in the previous year/years provided
they are eligible and found in good form after consulting the Principal concerned.
vii. Selection of players shall be done entirely on the basis of their current form.
viii. The selection Committee may disqualify player who does not report for trial at the
appointed hour. It may also disqualify a player for his/her indiscipline.
ix. Director, Sports and Physical Education shall make the necessary arrangements for the
conduct of selection trials in consultation with the selection Committee.
x. a) No member who has attended less than 75% of the session held for the
selection trials shall have vote in the meeting held for the selection of the players.
Such member of the committee shall not be entitled to get any T.A. or D.A. from
the University.
b) The Chairman of the selection Committee shall submit a report to the Director,
Sports and Physical Education regarding presence of each member of the
selection Committee during the conduction of selection trials immediately after
the last session. Format-A

c) The Chairman of the Selection Committee also submit report consisting of the
total number of players attended the selection trial and also after verification of
the eligibilities received submit the undertaking in the same report that he/she is
recommending the names of the players that may constitute the team/individual
players representing the University in the Inter University Tournament as per
prescribed Format-B
d) The Chairman and member of the Selection Committee shall submit an
undertaking to the Director in the prescribed form. Format-C
e) The Chairman & Member appointed on the Selection Committee shall sent their
acceptance in the prescribed form, failing which their appointment on Selection
Committee shall stand cancelled. Format-D
f) The Chairman along with the members of the Selection Committee shall
recommend the names of the selected players to represent the University in the
Inter University Tournament as per the Format-E. The present members along
with the Chairman should sign the format.
g) Every member & Chairman appointed on the selection committee shall attend
each session of the particular selection trial at the appointed time.
xi. a) The Selection Committee shall select players, reserves and stand-byes in
the order of preference. The committee shall submit a list of selected players in
the prescribed proforma in its meeting immediately after the end of last session
of the selection trial. The Director, Sports & Physical Education who shall
forward the list along with minutes of the meeting for the approval of the
Chairman.
b) The Selection Committee shall clearly state whether the University team is of
sufficient standard to justify its participation in the Inter University Tournament.
c) The selection of the team shall not be final till it is approved by the Chairman of
the Board.
d) At the time of submission of the list of the selected players, the Selection
Committee shall clearly state the position/weight category/event of the selected
players.
xii. It is compulsory for every selected and stand-bye player of the University to attend
minimum 75% sessions of the scheduled coaching camp for the particular game.
Failing to which he/she shall not be allowed to participate in the Inter University
Tournament in that game.
Provided that, if any player selected to represent the University in the Inter
University Tournament is appearing for any University Examination during the
conduction of the coaching camp, then his or her absence in the coaching camp for
the actual days of the examinations may be condoned by the Director of Sports &
Physical Education if he/she has obtained the prior permission of the Director in
writing.
Provided further that, if a player is selected in two or more games to represent
the University team and if he/she is participating in the Inter University tournament
during the conduction of the coaching camp of the another game then his/her absence
in the coaching camp for period of starting from the day of departure of the team to
the day of arrival of the University team may be condoned by the Director, Sports &
Physical Education if he/she has obtained a prior permission of the Director before his
departure to the Inter University Tournament in the first game and reported to
Director office before the departure of the University team in the second game.

Provided further that, if a player selected to represent the University team in
any of the individual game and during the coaching camp, if he/she has been selected
to represent the country in any International event recognized by the Central
Government of India and shall joining the team prior to leaving Amravati station or
wants to join the team directly at the venue of the Inter University tournament in that
case, his/her period of absence in the coaching camp shall be condoned by Director of
Sports & Physical Education after the complete verification of document. It shall be
necessary on the part of that player that he/she shall get prepared all the required
documents from the Office of the Director of Sports & Physical Education.
xiii. The appointed coach shall submit the attendance to the office in prescribed proforma
to The Director, Sports & Physical Education. Format-F
xiv. Vacancy created due to any reason of any player, a stand-bye from the same
position/weight category of department next in order shall be promoted directly as a
member of the team provided that he/she shall have attended 75% sessions of the
scheduled coaching camp for that particular game.
xv. a) Ordinarily no player shall refuse to represent the University unless he is
prevented for doing so due to reasons beyond his control. In that case, he shall
send the intimation of his inability to the Director with the endorsement of the
Principal concerned well in time to enable the Director to make necessary
alternative arrangements.
b) The Board may take such action, as it deems proper against the selected player
who withdraws from the team without valid reasons.
c) The Director shall report to the Board, the names of the players who are unable to
represent for such action, as the Board may deem fit.
xvi. The Director shall officially announce names of the selected players, only after
obtaining the approval of the Chairman.
xvii. a) Number of players/participants for the various University Teams shall

The Board may revise the number of players mentioned above for various University
teams as per the guidelines of the Association of Indian Universities from time to time.
b) No person other than those included in the team or appointed as Manager, Coach or
attendant shall accompany the University team.
xviii. The senior most person with sufficient experience and in good form in the Inter Collegiate
matches shall be appointed as a caption of the team by the Director.
xix. Seniority will be decided on the basis of:
a) Participation in the Inter University tournament
b) Academic Qualification
c) If still found equal, the date of birth shall be taken into consideration
d) If even after the application of the above norms tie persists then the performance of
the player in the intercollegiate tournaments shall be taken into consideration.
xx. A team for the first round of any Inter University Tournament shall be selected by the
Selection Committee itself and no changes shall be made therein unless the said team
plays at least one round.
xxi. The concerned college shall make their own arrangement for the transport of their players
who are invited to participate in the selection trial or practice matches organized by the
University.
10. MANAGERS & PLAYERS :
A) MANAGERS :
i. The Chairman of the Board shall appoint the Managers of the various University
teams participating in the Inter University Tournaments.
ii. The names of the Managers and Coaches, shall be recommended by the Chairman of
the Selection Committee in the prescribed proforma as per Format-G.
iii. In case of any emergency if the approved Managers & Coaches denied to accompany
the University team, the Director may appoint Manager/s & Coach/es as per
suitability.
iv. The Director may appoint any office staff of Board of Sports & Physical Education
not below the rank of Class-III as Manager in case of emergency.
v. The Manager, Coach accompanying the University team shall be treated as Members
of the University team.
vi. Preferably, women teacher shall be nominated as a Manager to accompany the
women team.
vii. A male coach may a accompany women team as its coach.
viii. The period spent by the Manager shall be treated as “On Duty”.
ix. The team selected by the University Selection Committee shall play in first round of
Inter University Tournament and the Manager shall not make any change in so
selected team unless the team had played at least first round.
x. A committee consisting of Manager, Coach, and Captain shall be constituted to select
the University Team and represent the University in the second and subsequent
rounds of the Inter University Tournament.
xi. The Manager of the team shall act as a Chairman of the above referred committee and
shall have a vote and a casting vote, if necessary.

xii. The Manager shall collect all the identity card duly signed by the Director of Sports &
Physical Education from his office. A player without identity card shall not be
allowed to accompany the team as per Format-H.
xiii. The Manager shall collect from the Director of Sports & Physical Education the
uniform, draws of the tournament, advance for expenditure, identity card, eligibility
form, university flags and other essential material of instruction.
xiv. The Manager shall submit the under taking about the items and amount received from
the office of the Director of Sports & Physical Education in the prescribed proforma
as per Format-I.
xv. The Manager shall act as a officer in-charge of the University team and all
responsibilities with regard to welfare of the team, discipline etc. shall rest on him.
xvi. The Manager shall travel in the same class with the members of the team and shall be
associated with them throughout the journey for their comfort and welfare.
xvii. The Manager of the University team shall be responsible for all the articles handed
over to him by the Director.
xviii. The Manager shall collect the uniform and other essential article required for the team
and shall return the same to the Director immediately on the return of the team.
xix. It shall be special responsibility and duty of the male manager leading mixed team to
look to comfort and welfare of the women players.
xx. The names of the defaulters, if any, shall be reported to the Director for further action.
xxi. Arrangements of purchase of tickets and reservation of seats etc. at Amravati and at
the venue of the tournament, shall be made by the Manager in consultation with the
Director of Sports & Physical Education of the University.
xxii. The Manager of the University team should reserve seat/berths, whenever necessary
in trains or buses for journey of the University team. The reservation charges thereof
shall be borne by the University on production of the necessary proof.
xxiii. The Manager shall obtain money receipt from the booking office for tickets purchased
and reservation made by him.
xxiv. The Manager, Coach & the players of the University team shall travel by second class
at the concessional rates for their journey by train to participate in the tournament.
xxv. Whenever it is necessary to travel by bus expenditure on actual bus fare shall be borne
by University.
xxvi. For players, the D.A. shall be paid during journey as per the rates decided by the
Board of Sports & Physical Education from time to time.
xxvii. Details of the expenditure to be incurred by the Manager are as under :
a) Second class railway fare for the University team at concessional rates or actual
bus fare if train does not connect the venue.
b) Second class fare journey (both ways) for attendant/servant.
c) Coolie & Auto expenses at venue of the tournament only as per actual shall be
borne by the University.

d) If the organizing University shall not provide mattress/bed along with bed sheet,
pillow and blanket to the University team in that case actual charges of
mattress/bed along with bed sheet, pillow and blanket as per the total number of
members of the team shall be borne by University. It is compulsory for the
Manager of the team to produce the bill to that effect along with the certificate of
the participants of the team in prescribed proforma as per Format-J.

e) As far as possible the Manager of the team shall stay along with the team.
f) The manager of the team shall not allow any individual player to leave the place of
the Inter University Tournament in any case for any reason before the finish of the
last match played by the team.
Provided, if any player do not want to accompany the team after the
completion of the tournament/last match he/she should submit an under taking
duly signed by the Principal of the college to which the player belong in the
prescribed proforma as per Format -K.
Provided further that, such player shall submit this under taking to the
Manager/Director of the Sports & Physical Education of the University before the
team leave Amravati station.
Further, Manager of the team may allow the University player to leave the
venue of the tournament after the last match to participate in the other inter
university tournament on production of the under taking as per Format-L.
g) University team shall leave the venue of the tournament within 24 hours or
preferably first available train whichever is earlier.
h) The Manager shall communicate the result of the match to the Director by
telephone/whatsapp immediately. He shall also submit a detailed report in the
prescribed proforma as per Format-M immediately on the day of return.
i) The manager shall obtain the receipts of the expenditure incurred on each and
every approved item of the team during the journey and participation. Expenditure
without appropriate bills shall not be accepted or admissible.
j) The manager shall be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day account in the
prescribed forms/vouchers as per Format- N.
k) The Manager shall be responsible for maintaining account in the prescribed
proforma. Voucher and receipts of all the expenditure incurred for the submission
of correct account along with the above to the Director for the audit purposes
within a fortnight from the date of the return of the team. If he/she fails to do so,
the matter shall be reported to the Principal/Head of Department concerned.
l) The manager shall not incur any expenditure above the sanction limits unless it is
incurred to meet an emergency. Prior oral/written intimation should be given and
permission should be obtained to do so from the office of the Director, Sports and
Physical Education.
m) The Manager for the responsible for making an arrangement of First aid and
medical treatment whenever necessary for the member of the team during the
journey and also at the venue of the tournament.
No compensation shall be granted to the player if he/she sustains any
injury, severe injury, disability during the selection trials, coaching camp, practice
matches, practice, inter collegiate and inter university tournament.
n) If necessary a Manager may direct the player of the team who has been ill or
injured during the selection trials, coaching camp, practice matches, practice, inter
collegiate and inter university tournament to the Medical Officer of the
University.

o) The Board shall not be responsible for any expenditure in incurred privately for the
medical treatment without such consultation.
p) The Manager shall-
i) Report personally to the Director of Sports & Physical Education on return to
Amravati.
ii) Deposit the balance amount of the advance if taken.
iii) Report immediately to the Director of Sports & Physical Education about any
loan taken from organizing secretary.
iv) Report the welfare of the team.
v) Submit the reliving certificate obtained from the office of the organizing
secretary.
q) The team Manager shall submit the detailed report in the prescribed proforma as
per Format-M consisting of the following information.
i) Result of the matches played by the team.
ii) General standard of the team and other teams as compare to University team
with the reasons of victory and defeat.
iii) General health of the members during journey and stay.
r) If a Manager fails the submit the report within the prescribed period it shall be
deemed to be serious irregularity on his/her part which shall be brought to the
notice of the Board at its meeting.
s) The Manager and Coach shall not make any comment on the selection of the team.
11. GUIDELINES FOR THE PLAYERS :
All the players of the University team shall strictly observe the following instructions.
a) They shall maintain the proper discipline during the journey on and off the field and
at the venue of the tournament. They shall see that no one is put to any inconvenience
in any way because of their behavior.
b) They should not entrain or detrain from running train.
c) All the players should travel together as a team and none shall get down at any station
except the final destination.
d) Players should not purchase eatables at any station, which may be harmful to their
health. They should take their tea, breakfast, meals etc. in the dining car or railway
restaurant.
e) As per the Association of Indian Universities rules for the Inter University
tournament, the host University has to provide free lodging to the visiting teams. The
team is generally lodged in college hostel. The players should see that the hostellers
are not inconvenienced in any way. All rules and regulations of the hostels should be
followed strictly.
f) Breakfast, meals etc. should be taken in the hostel mess or at such places as specified
by the organizing University.
(No player will be allowed to go alone for pictures, sightseeing or swimming nor will
he/she be allowed to stay with the relatives or at any private residence, nor be
allowed, to indulge in such activities as may adversely affect his health.)

g) No individual player of the team shall leave the place of the Inter University
Tournament in any case for any reason before the finish of the last match played by
the team. It is compulsory for every Player of the team to return to the University with
the team only. Any contrary behavior to this provision on the part of the player shall
be treated as indiscipline and the Director may take disciplinary action including the
withdrawal of University color and certificate awarded to him in that game. The
Director shall report such action to the Board in the next meeting.
If any player does not want to accompany the team in the return journey, such
player shall submit under taking to the Manager/Director of the Sports & Physical
Education of the University before the team leave Amravati station.
Further, Manager of the team may allow the University player to leave the venue
of the tournament after the last match to participate in the other Inter University
tournament on production of the under taking as per the Format-L.
h) Players shall reach to playground in time, i.e. at least 30 minutes before the
commencement of the match. The players shall carry their identity cards always on
their person.
i) Players shall return to the Manager in good condition the articles received by them
after the matches are over. If those are not returned after the last match is played the
names of the such defaulters will be reported to the Principal of College/Head of the
Departments concerned for necessary action. And in case the player does not return
the articles taken within one month, the College/Department shall be entitled to pay
the cost of the entire articles.
j) Players should be chivalrous in victory and generous in defeat. They should note that
the object of such tournaments is not merely to participate in game; but also to
develop body, mind and character; to promote team spirit.
k) The player shall maintain the discipline during their journey and stay at the Inter
University tournament and shall abide themselves to the instructions given to them by
the Manager. The Board may after taking into consideration the report of the Manager
regarding any sort of indiscipline on the part of any player shall disqualify him/her
from the Inter Collegiate/University tournament for a period as it deems fit.
l) Any complaint on any matter shall be submitted to the office through proper channel.
No complaint shall be considered if not received through proper channel.
12. CUPS, SHIELDS, COLORS AND CERTIFICATE :

b) A College after winning a trophy shall return the same in good condition by 31st
March of the following year.
c) A College failing to return the trophy within the stipulated period shall be liable for a
fine of 500/- per month.
d) In case of any trophy is lost by the college, it shall be compensated to the University
with the full cost of the trophy as decided by the Board.
ii) UNIVERSITY COLOR :
a) University color shall consist of Blazer and Crest. The color shall be Navy Blue.
b) Only member of the University team as approved by the Chairman shall be awarded
University color.
c) The Manager and/or Coach accompanying the University team shall also be awarded
color.
d) A player who does not accompany the team after selection shall not be awarded color.

e) The cost of the color blazer and the (crest for first time) shall be equally borne by the
concerned college and University.
f) No player/manager/coach, if otherwise eligible shall be awarded a fresh blazer unless
a period of 5 years has elapsed from the date of the previous allotment of the blazer to
him. However, he/she shall be awarded a crest for his/her representation in the game
every year.
g) Special crest may be awarded to the University team/individual player who wins the
first position in the All India Inter University championship/event.
h) Cash award of Rs. 3000/-, 2000/-, 1000/- shall be awarded to the each member of
team/individual player (per medal) who secured First, Second, Third position in the
zonal inter University tournament respectively.
i) Cash award of Rs. 5000/-, 3000/-, 2000/- shall be awarded to the each member of
team/individual player (per medal) who secured First, Second, Third position in the
All India/Inter Zonal Inter University tournament respectively.
j) If a player selected for World University Championship and represents the University
in the World Championship then he/she shall be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-.
k) If a player selected for World University Championship and represents the University
in the World Championship and achieved First, Second & Third position in the said
tournament then he/she shall be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/-, 75,000/-,
50,000/- respectively.
Besides above, all the traveling, dearness allowance etc. along with the various
charges informed by the organizing secretary/AIU shall be borne by the University.
l) A University player who is selected for more events than one for the University, shall
be awarded one blazer only, but shall be awarded separate crests for each game for
which he is selected.
m) The track suit shall be awarded free of cost to every player who is selected to
represent the University in the Zonal/All India Inter University/Maharashtra State
Inter University (Krida Mahotsav) championship. The player selected to represent the
University for Maharashtra State Inter University (Krida Mahotsav) shall not be
awarded additional track suit for his/her representation in Zonal/All India Inter
University tournament and if a team qualifies from Zone to Inter Zone shall also not
be allotted an additional track suit.
n) The members of the University team along with the Manager and Coaches who has
secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the Zonal and 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in All India
Inter University tournaments shall be awarded memento and a certificate of
appreciation besides the above mentioned cash award.
o) The Manager and Coaches are also the part of team hence they shall also be awarded
a track suit on their representation.
p) A fresh player kit shall be awarded to the team members those shall qualifies from the
zone to inter zone.

iii) CERTIFICATES :
a) Certificates shall be awarded to the winners and runners up in the Inter Collegiate
Tournament in each game as mentioned below as per Format-O.
b) The Chairman and the Director, Sports & Physical Education shall sign the certificate
out of which the signature of the Chairman shall be of Scanned in nature.

13. TRAVELLING AND OTHER ALLOWANCES :
a) Travelling Allowances to the teams participating in the Inter Collegiate Tournaments
of the University shall be paid as under :
i. Half of the actual bus fare certified by Principal in the prescribed proforma as per
Format-V
ii. No halting allowance shall be paid by the University to the college team
participating in the Inter Collegiate Tournaments including Athletic Meet.
iii. The number of players of each team shall not exceed as mentioned in para 12. iii).
iv. Person accompanying as Manager & Coach with the College team shall not be
entitled for any allowances from the University.
b) T.A. for players invited for selection trials who has been selected shall be entitled for
to and fro actual Bus ticket, however those are invited but not selected shall be
entitled for one way actual fare of the bus. proforma as per Format-W
c) T.A. & D.A. shall be pay to a Coach & Manager invited for imparting training to the
players and accompany the University team in the Inter University Tournament as per
the rules applicable to the college teacher.
d) The Coach invited for imparting training to the players shall be entitled to receive Rs.
500/- per day per head for the period of scheduled coaching camp. Besides this if a
coach is from outside the Amravati city then he/she shall be entitled to receive the
actual bus fare/own bike/car traveling allowance as per the Regulation of the
University.

e) Accompanying allowance: The Coaches & Manager accompanying the University


team in the Inter University Tournament shall be entitled to receive Rs. 370/- per day
per head besides the applicable D.A. to the College teachers. This allowance shall be
calculated from the team leaves Amravati Station to the return.
f) The colleges concerned shall forward the T.A. bills for their teams as well as players
before 10th of February every year. No claim made after prescribed date shall be
accepted.
g) Refreshment charges : During the coaching camp of the University Team, the
local players shall be entitled to receive Rs. 100/- as refreshment charges, however,
out station players shall be entitled to receive Rs. 150/- for both the sessions arranged
for the total number of days for coaching camp of that particular game. The
refreshment charges are also applicable to the Stand-bye/Reserve players invited for
the coaching camp.
h) No player is entitled to receive double refreshment charges if has been selected for
more than one game whose dates of coaching camp clashing to each other.

iii. The applicant shall have to fill the prescribed proforma as per Format-Y, which
shall be forwarded to the Registrar of the University for further approval.
iv. On approval from the Registrar of the University, the applicant may be informed
by the office to deposit the prescribed charges to the Finance Department of the
University.

v. To waive the charges of the playfield shall be the sole discretion of the Registrar of
the University.
vi. Any institute or person availing the facility of the playfield shall not be entitled for
any other equipment, accessories or other facilities from the University.
15. PROCEDURE FOR ORGANIZATION OF INTER UNIVERSITY TOURNAMENT :
a) Every year in the Board meeting/in the Standing Committee meeting the letter receive
from A.I.U. calling the proposal for organization of Inter University Tournament shall
be placed.
b) The Board/Standing Committee may take the appropriate decision considering the
available infrastructure, technical human recourses available in the University and its
affiliated colleges for sending the proposal for organization.
c) If the proposal of the University for the Organization of any Zonal/All India Inter
University Tournament shall be accepted by A.I.U. in that case, the Board may
constitute following committees for the smooth conduct of tournaments. Every
committee constituted for the smooth conduct of above tournament shall consist of
Chairman and the required number of member. Generally following committees will be
formed –

f) The members shall be awarded the certificates and the relieving certificate against their
services rendered.
g) Ordinarily the Board shall appoint such members on the above sub-committees those
have some relation with the event allotted.
h) The Director of Sports & Physical Education of University shall act as a organizing
secretary of the tournament.
i) If any affiliated college request the Board to send the proposal for the organization of
Zonal/All India Inter University tournament in that case, after scrutinizing the proposal
and verifying the available infrastructure, the Board may forward the proposal for the
consideration of A.I.U. If the proposal has been accepted, in that case the Director of
Sports & Physical Education of the college shall act as a coordinator of the event.
j) It shall be the sole discretion of the Board whether to make available the financial
assistance from the University to the college.

16. FORMATION OF UNIVERSITY SPORTS CLUB.


a) The Board may form a University Sports Club for the optimum utilization of the
available infrastructure for the promotion of Sports activity in the vicinity of the
University.
b) For the smooth conduct of activities under the Club, there shall be a committee
constituted by the Board to administer, guide, decide, plan and execute the approved
activities.
c) The Committee consist of following –

d) Preliminary, taking into consideration the available infrastructure in the University
camps for 30 days shall be conducted in the Month of April and May every year.
e) 30 days camps for Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Athletics and Swimming shall be
organized every year.
f) The committee approved by the Board shall recommend the fees for these camps.
These fees may revise on recommendation of committee by the Board time to time.
g) The camp shall be organized in 02 sessions i.e. Morning and Evening.
h) The appointed Coach taking into consideration the convenience of the participants
shall recommend the timing of the camp for morning and evening.
i) For the smooth conduct of camp the Board may invite application from the expert
Coaches probably in the month of January every year in the prescribed form as per
Format-Z.
j) Not more than 75 participants for every game shall be admitted for the arranged the
camp.
k) For the admission to these camps the participants shall have to fill the prescribed
application as per Format-AA.
l) The Office of the Director, Sports & Physical Education of the University shall make
available the required grounds in playing conditions with the help of the approved
ground staff.
m) The expenses incurred for maintaining and making available the required number of
playfield shall be meet out from the appropriate head of expenditure available in the
budget of the Department.
n) The Office of the Director, Sports & Physical Education of the University may appoint
required labours and ground man for the entire period of the coaching camp on the
rates recommended by the committee and approved by the Vice-Chancellor of the

o) The committee after the scrutiny of the applications received for the contractual
appointment of the expert coaches may recommend names of the coaches for the
appointment for the period of coaching camp.
p) Committee may think to appoint more than 01 coach taking into consideration the
response and the requirement of the game.
q) The committee may propose and recommend the list of the equipment and accessories
required to conduct the coaching camps for the period of 60 days. These purchased
equipments, accessories shall be provided to the appointed coaches as and when the
Office of the Director, Sports & Physical Education of the University shall receive
their demand in written.
r) It shall be the responsibility of the appointed coaches to maintain the discipline,
attendance, timetable, course of skill and techniques, practice sessions, care of
equipments and accessories provided by the University and the responsibility
shouldered to him by the committee or the Office of the Director, Sports & Physical
Education of the University from time to time.

s) The Office of the Director, Sports & Physical Education of the University shall
publicly announce the dates, venue and events decided for the conduct of coaching
camp in the month of April and May with the help of Office of the Public Relation of
the University. The Office also places the information brochure on the University Web
site for notifying for the general concern.

t) The participants may deposit the fees with the Finance Department and shall produce
counter foil to the Office of the Director, Sports & Physical Education of the
University for its verification.
17. PROCEDURE FOR ORGANIZATION OF 3 DAYS WORKSHOP FOR DIRECTOR OF
SPORTS AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF AFFILIATED COLLEGES/ SPORTS
INCHARGES.
a) Every year the Board may hold 3 days workshop for Director of Sports and Physical
Education of affiliated Colleges/sports in-charges on the place decided by the committee
constituted for it.
b) The concerned college shall bear the fees for this workshop.
c) The fees for the workshop for 3 days including lodging and boarding shall be decided by
the Board.
d) The college shall deposit the said fees before the commencement of the workshop.
e) The receipt to that effect shall be provided to the college by the University.
f) There shall be a committee consisting of following members appointed by Chairman of
the Board.

g) The committee shall in its 1 meeting probably convened in the 2nd week of April every

year, shall finalize the budget, the names of the guest lecturer, the names of the trainer,
rates of remuneration to be paid to the guest lecturer & trainer and the activities to be
conducted in the workshop.
h) The Committee also decides the dates of the workshop to be conducted in the last week of
June every year.
i) The menu to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner shall be decided by committee. After the
fixation of menu, the office may adopt appropriate procedure of calling quotation/tender as
prescribed in Common Account Code.
j) The food that shall be provided by the University to participants shall be vegetarian. Non-
Veg food will not be allowed in the University campus.
k) The participants in the workshop shall be provided accommodation by the University in
the available hostels of University/ at the venue decided by the committee.
l) Every participant shall have to bring Tracksuit, 2 T shirts, sports shoes, Torch, Bath Kit,
Cap and sufficient number of clothes to attend the workshop.
m) It shall be compulsory for every participant to attend the workshop, failing which the
names of the colleges whose DPEs/In-charges shall not attend the workshop shall be
placed before the Board in the ensuing meeting. The Board may take the appropriate
decision against the non-attending colleges/DPEs/In-charges.
n) Ordinarily in the theoretical session of every day, attempt shall be made to introduce the
participants with the rules and regulation of New Game, Current trends in sports and
Physical Education, Skills and techniques of New Game, Umpire/Referee Examination
organization & certification through concerned approved Association.
o) Any participant suffered by any injury, illness during the workshop shall be relieved
immediately at his/her own risk. No compensation of the medical expenses occurred
during the treatment shall be borne by the University.
p) The committee every year, by rotation appoints 03 leaders for each day to conduct the
workshop arranged for the DPEs/In-charges to inculcate the leadership qualities in the
participant. The appointment shall be ordinarily be made by the committee based on
seniority/leadership quality/experience.
q) The office shall communicate the names of the leaders recommended by the committee
and obtain the acceptance from the recommended leaders. In case, any appointed leader by
the committee refuses his/her appointment due to reasons beyond his/her control their
name/s shall be reported immediately to the committee for getting the substitute name.

r) The office shall intimate the dates and timetable along with the decided venue to all the
colleges well in advance to make the necessary arrangement.
s) The expenditure required to prepare the playfield shall be incurred from the respective
heads of expenditure available in the budget head of the Board.
t) No participant of the workshop shall be paid traveling allowance/local conveyance.
u) The Office of the Board of Physical Education & Recreation on the basis of the report of
attendance shall provide relieving certificate to the participant.
v) It shall be compulsory for local/outside DPEs/Sports in-charges to attend the workshop
residentially. No participant shall be allowed to stay outside the premises during
prescribed dates of workshop.
w) No participant shall leave the premises without the permission of Director, Sports &
Physical Education of University. Failing which he/she shall not be awarded reliving
certificate as their employers relieved them on duty. Even if, any participant shall not
abide him/her self by the Rules & Regulations, his/her name shall be placed before the
Board for the necessary action.
x) The guest lecturers/trainer shall be entitled to receive Rs. 1000/- per day per session.
He/she shall also be entitled to receive the travelling allowance/local conveyance as case
may be.
y) The Office of the Director of Sports & Physical Education shall arrange the equipments,
accessories required during the workshop.
z) For the smooth conduct of workshop, the Office of the Director of Sports & Physical
Education shall appoint 06 labours along with 02 Markers and 02 Ground-men.
aa) The above supporting staff shall be paid Rs. 400/- per day per head or the rates as may be
decided by the committee from time to time.
bb) The general Time Table of the Work Shop shall be as follows.

GUIDELINE FOR PLAYERS SANT GADGE BABA
1. Players representing Sant Gadge Baba Amravati
AMRAVATI UNIVERSITY
University should compulsorily bring this I-Card for
his/her identification.
2. Players shall maintain proper discipline during
journey, on, and off field at the venue of the
tournament. They shall see that no one put any
inconvenience because of their behavior.
3. Player should not entrain or detrain from a running
train.
4. Player should follow all the Rules & Regulation of
the organizing University.
5. No Player shall be allowed to go alone for pictures,
site seeing or swimming, nor will he/she be allowed
to stay with relatives or at any private residence. He
shall not be allowed to indulge in such activity as PLAYER
may adversely affect his health.
6. Players shall reach the playground on time at least 30
minutes before the match. IDENTITY CARD
7. Players should bring this card to office without which
colour Blazer, Tracksuit, players Kit will not be YEAR 20____ - 20_____
issued to him.
8. No person, if otherwise awarded fresh Blazer unless
5 years has elapsed from the date of previous

the purchases of the Players Kit required for the game/sport in which we have selected. We

further certify that, we have purchased the required player kit alongwith the Coach from the

open market by our choice and within the maximum limit of the University. We are satisfied
