    Branding
    ● Not Important at the start
    ● Focus on simplicity and professionalism
    ● Clean branding always
    ● Get a professional email (It’s like $10 a year lol)

    Niche
    ● This is very important
    ● No good or bad niche, no perfect niche exists.
    ○ Each niche has their upsides and downsides. You have to figure out where
    you thrive with your skill sets on the downsides (Lawyer/Doctor example).
    ● It doesn’t have to be something you particularly enjoy.
    ● It should be something you already have basic knowledge in, although it doesn’t
    have to.
    ● “Testing” a niche means thousands of outreach, not a few days worth of work. The
    highest earning agencies have been doing their niche for years, sometimes decades.
