CCTV cameras and equipment, including IP cameras, HD analog
cameras, alarm systems, and many other assistive surveillance

One of today’s problems is about crime or simply security issues about our properties, and
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) can prevent these issues. CCTV is a video surveillance
system that records images, and videos in a home, business property, and other security-related
issues. In this generation, new buildings were established in our community and we know that
many of them wanted to monitor their property through the help of CCTV. Therefore, we plan to
establish a business to help the community at the same time to make a profit as well.
The 3J&K CCTV Installation Services, is a company founded by four students named James
Remel Alog, Jeve Galve, Joseph John Guanzon and Khean Gumbok from the Western Institute
of Technology. We will focus on CCTV Systems and installation. The company will sell
different types of cameras, such as Dome Camera, Bullet camera and Colorvu camera. The
company is located at Huervana street lapaz, in front of lapaz plaza, we believe that the location
of our company will help us for our sales. The establishment is accessible by the customer and it
is beside the police station So that the customer will ensure their safety and also we can ensure
that the establishment is well safe for our employees.

The company is located at Huervana St. La Paz In front of La Paz Plaza. The space is owned by James
Remel’s Family and is about 35x20 ft, it is divided into two rooms; one is for Working Area where
Employees Works and the other one is the stock room where tools, equipment and other materials are
located.
Also, we decided to make a page to connect with our customers and offer key information about our
business, products, and services, and to promote our company as well.

Funding Requirement and Source of Funds

The needed capital to start this business is estimated about P140,000 to P180,000.
the source of funds will be taken from family and bank loans.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

CCTV, also known as closed-circuit television, is a security monitor system that enables us to
always keep a watchful eye around or in our business. CCTV security systems contain monitors
and cameras that allow you to view live events, as well as recorders that archive footage for later
use.
Bullet camera -are a type video surveillance camera that is typically small and shaped like a rifle bullet
shell or lipstick case.

Dome Camera – is designed to withstand all elements, both inside and outside. Their construction allows
for the camera to work even in low-light or no-light settings due to the built-in infrared LEDs.
ColorVu Camera - means that images are recorder in full-color 24 hours a day. This means that during
night and day all images are recorded in high quality full-color.

Personnel Requirement

The success of the business depends on its organization. The needed requirement to handle the
operation of the company are:
1. Have knowledge of how to handle their work.
2. At least 1 year of experience in their specified type of work.
3. Leadership and can work with minimal supervision.

Project Development Manager - One of the roles of Project Development Manager is prioritize, plan and

Finance Officer - is responsible for all financial aspects of a business or organisation. They manage the
budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and

Purchasing officer – their duties and responsibilities include buying products, materials or services that
are needed to maintain the smooth functioning of company operations.

Project manager - is to make sure that the customer is satisfied and the work scope, project is
completed in a quality manner, using budget and on time. The project manager has primary
responsibility for providing leadership in planning, organizing and controlling the work effort to

Technical lead - is responsible for smooth functioning of all technical operations. The tech lead role also
requires analyzing ongoing projects and write progress reports on the same. Furthermore, they will be
responsible for leading the team members and overseeing their performance.

Technical Assistant – is responsible for installations, repairs, and maintenance of products. This is the one
who will be executing a plan given by the technical lead.
Long Term Aim of the Business

 Increase sales- increasing sale help expand the company and acquire new advance
technology for ease works.
 Build Brand recognition- being recognizable in community help obtain new customer and
keeping current ones. Remain consistent on social media, regularly participating in
community and events will help achieve that goal
 Open a new location- opening a new branch will help acquire new customer. In order to
get their we need to build solid customer base that can help expand successfully.
 Increase Earnings- increase earning will help the company expand. Getting new bigger
projects such as installation in bigger building and company will help achieve this goals.

Supplier- the most effective suppliers are those who offer products that match or exceed the
needs of our business. We are looking for a supplier that equips the following:
 Reliable- we need a supplier that is reliable. This is perhaps the biggest factor to
consider. We look for supplier that can provide the supplies to us when we need them.
We need to have the confidence in the company to know that what we order will be
delivered on time so we can provide it to our customers.
 Quality- What we bring in to our business goes out to our customers. For this reason, we
need to ensure that supplier is providing quality product to us. The quality needs to be
consistent as well. If quality falls from time to time, this impact the relationship of our
customer. We are looking for a supplier that can guarantee the products and services they
provide at the same quality level as we.
 Competitive Pricing- is another factor to look for in a supplier

Equipment & Technology – what are the equipment, technology and software needed to run your
business?
Equipment and Technology – the basic equipment needed to run our business are:
 Computer or Laptop - Computers have become essential business tools. They are used in
every aspect of a company's operations, including product creation, marketing,
accounting and administration.
 Internet - The Internet is an indispensable tool for doing business. It allows us to connect
with customers and partners all over the world and makes it easy to communicate and
collaborate with them.
 Printer - In the business world, many documents still need to be printed. This includes
contracts, proposals, reports, and more.

Location – where are the employees working? Will you need additional facilities?

The employees will work in office, it is big enough to fit in the employees and types of
equipment. If the company will grow we will make an extension for our stocks and other tools.

Work hours – Will employees have a set schedule or flexible work schedule? Include business’
operation hours.

We will have a set schedule for our employees and it will start from 8 am to 12 pm, 1-hour break
for lunch or rest, and continue from 1 pm to 5 pm Monday to Saturday. This applies except for
legal holidays.

Personnel – Who will facilitate the operations of your business? Do you have any plans of bringing your
employees to training?

The persons who will facilitate the operation of our business will be Engr. Jeve Galve and
Project Manager Mervin Faro. These persons have the knowledge and experience to execute
plans and decisions to make the work runs more softly.

Marketing Plan

This section contains the following factors of the marketing mix: product, place, price, promotion,
people, packaging, positioning.

Product - our product helps to provide reassurance, prevent antisocial behavior, and provide
evidence to enforcement agencies. It has a type of camera that fits in your specified location. We
will offer services/installation depending on the customer’s will.

Place – – a product will be sold in the office. In order to create value we need to sell our products
in a place that is convenient, accessible, safe, and helpful to the customer.

Price - In the pricing strategy, we will use a bundle pricing strategy- this means we will group
several products into a bundle and sell them at a single price, rather than attribute individual
prices to each item. In this strategy, we can encourage customers to purchase an entire CCTV
system rather than a single item. Also, we will use Psychological Pricing Strategy. The goal of
this strategy is to meet customers’ psychological needs. For example, even though our product
costs P999 is essentially P1000, a customer may see this as a good deal because of the nine in
the price or offer a buy1-get1 free deal that makes customers feel that it is cheap enough than in
original price.

Promotion - the strategies that we were going to do to promote our business. Creating a Facebook
account or Facebook page and posting it online is important because, in this generation, social media is
one of the platforms to use in business, no matter what kind of business it is. We are going to use it to
show what services we are offering and to post new services we will be offering in the future, as well as
promotions that can attract customers. Posting our accomplishments to show we can be trusted to do the
service. Being one of the sponsors in an event, like, for example, town events, can help introduce our
business to local customers. Being advertised on a local radio station.
People -
Packaging – Since we are a retailer and the products already have the packaging, we don’t have to
package them but we will ensure that we take good care and check those products before installing them.

installation. Our company has the best customer services, our is to prioritize one-on-one interaction with
a consumer making a purchase.

This section presents the industry analysis covering the following forces directly affecting the
proposed business: the trend in the industry, the competitors, market segmentation, industry and market
forecast.

Market Segmentation
In target segmentation, we will divide our target audience into smaller more specific or defined groups of
people. These are;
Geographic – it groups our target by location, which means the differences between rural and urban.
Demographic - we will be targeting our customers based on their age, gender, income and education.
Psychographic – this focuses on the character, lifestyle, values, and interests of our customers.
Our target customers are business and home owners of Iloilo, and customers ages 30 to 50plus in urban
areas who are interested in business and electronics, because these peoples are usually business owners
and homeowners. These three main categories of market segmentation will help us understand our
customers, create targeted plans, increase profit and build relationships with our customers.

Summary:
Technosure Electronics and electrical supply and services is our main competitor, Technosure focuses on
selling electronics supplies, installation, maintenance and repair. The company established branches in
Iloilo City, Pototan, and Bacolod. Their security systems are the same brand as ours.

Competitive Analysis:
Technosure, as previously stated, I our main competitor. The company has established brand recognition
in the industry and has trusted customers. Based on their Facebook page comments and feedback, the
company does an excellent job with hiring well experienced employees.

Summary:
Technologix Electronic Supply is a company that focuses only on selling CCTV systems. They also offer

Based on our research, Technologyx is a newly established company and not that big yet. The company is
not that well known but has trusted customers and some of it are contractors and bulk buyers. Based on
their Facebook comments, they have excellent staffs and they feel ease when doing transactions.
