B.P.Ed. II & IV SEMESTER (REGULAR) EXAMINATIONS – OCTOBER - 2023
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Bachelor of Physical
Education II & IV Semester (Regular) Examination will be conducted in the month of October,
2023. The detailed Time – Table and examination centre will be notified in due course. The last
date for payment of examination fee and submission of application forms is as follows: -

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS


i) The College login will be closed after the last date.
ii) The late fee amount will be levied automatically in case the fee is not remitted to the
account and forms are not submitted as per the above schedule.
iii) Principals are requested not to forward/submit the EAF of Not Eligible Candidates. The
results of Not Eligible Candidates will be cancelled at any stage, if they write the
examination.
FEE STRUCTURE
Semester Fee Details
II Semester. Examination fee is Rs. 1430/-+ Memorandum of Marks is Rs.60/-
(Regular) Total Fee = Rs 1490/-
IV Semester Examination fee is Rs. 1430/-+ Memorandum of Marks is Rs.60/- +
(Regular) Provisional Certificate Rs 60/- + Consolidated Memo Rs 350/-
Total Fee = Rs 1900/-
(Not to collect the examination fee from Blind, physically challenged Deaf & Dumb students. A
xerox copy of Medical Certificate confirming their status as Handicapped (minimum percentage of
disability must be of 40%) must be attached to the application forms. Blind, physically challenged,
Deaf & Dumb students application forms should be submitted separately along with separate
Nominal Rolls.)
IF THE COURSE IS NOT OFFERED IN A PARTICULAR MEDIUM, QUESTION PAPER
WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN THAT LANGUAGE.
NOTE:
1. The examination application forms are to be submitted online through college login. Also,
hard copy of the same may be downloaded and submitted to the examination branch duly
signed by the student and the principal concerned along with photocopy of qualifying
examination certificate. Xerox copies of Examination Application Forms & Photographs
will not be considered.
2. As a part of the CORE BANKING SYSTEM, all the students are hereby instructed to
deposit examination fee into their respective college principal’s account only (students
are advised not to obtain the DD in favour of the Registrar/Controller of
Examinations, Telangana University, Dichpally, Nizamabad.
3. The college principal is requested to deposit (credit) the consolidated examination fee
amount along with Bank Processing charges into The Registrar (B-Challan)
Examinations A/c No. 31079102875 SBI, Telangana University Branch or in any branch of
State Bank of India and obtain a receipt from the bank and submit the same to the
Examination Branch, Telangana University along with application forms.
4. The Principals are requested to verify and forward all the ONLINE APPLICATION
FORMS immediately along with the Name List (Nominal Roll) in prescribed proforma,
subject-wise data and fee particulars in duplicate.
5. ALL THE PRINCIPALS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THE
PRACTICAL/RECORD/INTERNAL MARKS LISTS ALONG WITH THE
EXAMINATION APPLICATION FORMS ONLY. THE PRINCIPALS ARE
REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THE INTERNAL AWARD LISTS OF B.P.Ed. I –
SEMESTER ONLINE AS WELL AS HARD COPY. ANY CHANGE IN
SPECIALISATION PAPERS AND MANUAL INTERNAL AWARDS ARE NOT
ENTERTAINED BY THE CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, T.U.
6. The Principals are requested to submit No dues certificate from The Director, Academic
Audit Cell, TU.
7. The college will be held responsible for any mistake committed while filling the candidate’s
name, mother name, father name and paper title (Theory & Practical) through ONLINE IN
CASE OF ANY MISTAKE Rs. 500/- will be levied as FINE for rectification of each error.
8. A penal fee of Rs. 500/- per day shall be levied if the college fails to submit the
Examination Application Forms within the stipulated date.
9. The candidates who are appearing B.P.Ed. Examination has to enclose the previous
degree certificate along with their application forms.
10. The colleges are required to enclose the clearance certificate issued by the Stores Section of
the Examination Branch as a proof of the unused examination stationery returned by the
college pertaining to the examinations conducted earlier.
11. FEE PAID ONCE CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR ADJESTED FOR ANY FUTURE
EXAMINATIONS.
