I. OBJECTIVES:
A. Content Standard The learner demonstrates appreciation of contemporary art forms, found in
the various regions by understanding the elements and principles.
B. Performance Standard The learner presents a form of integrated contemporary art based on the
region of his / her choice. e.g. choreography, musical instrument, literary
and music composition, visual design, and/or theatrical performance.
C. Learning Competencies/ Classifies various art forms found in the Philippines.

D. Specific Objectives 1. Identify and classify the contemporary Applied art forms from the Philippine

IV. INSTRUCTIONAL
PROCEDURE:
Preliminaries Greetings:
 Good afternoon class!
 How are you this afternoon? (Indicator 6, care)
 Have you eaten your snacks? (Indicator 6, care)
 Can you please look at your seatmate and ask if s/he’s okay?

 Are you ready for today’s discussion? (Indicator 6, care)
 After checking upon the students, the teacher will proceed with the
opening prayer.
Prayer:
 The teacher will call a student to lead the opening prayer.
Checking of Attendance:
 The teacher will remind the class monitor to check the attendance.
Classroom Management:
 The teacher will ask the students to arrange their chairs properly
and pick up unnecessary things on the floor to ensure a conducive
learning environment.
 The teacher will remind the students of the following classroom
rules:
1. Refrain from making any noise, unless otherwise it is an
academic noise and listen once your classmates are
talking/sharing ideas in the class. (Indicator 6, respect)
2. Raise your hand if you want to speak or be recognized.

3. Refrain from using cellphones during class unless otherwise
permitted. (Indicator 6, respect)
4. Show respect to the teacher and classmates. (Indicator 6,
