INITIATING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE RESPONDENT FOR
VIOLATION THE LAWFUL ORDER DATED 27.11.2013 PASSED
BY MALIK TARIQ MEHMOOD ZARGHAM, ADDITIONAL
SESSION JUDGE, LAHORE.

Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That for the purposes of services of notices etc. to be issued

from this Honourable Court, the complete and correct

addresses of the parties have been cited in the title of this

petition.

2. That brief facts of the case are that the petitioner has filed a

petition under section 22-A 22-B Cr.P.C. for registration of the

case against the culprits which was entrusted to Honourable


Malik Tariq Mehmood Zargham, learned Additional Session

Judge, Lahore.

3. That the learned court vide order dated 27.11.2013 give

directions to the respondent to record the version of the

petitioner while acting in accordance with law, redress the

grievance of the petitioner. Copy of the order dated

27.11.2013 is attached for kind perusal of the learned court.

4. That the petitioner again submitted the application dated

09.01.2014 bearing Diary No. 22-5B-ICH with order of the

learned court to the respondent for compliance and

registration of the case but the respondent delayed the matter

on one pretext or other and not comply with the order of the

learned court and refused to register the case against the

culprits under relevant provisions of law.

5. That the respondents have committed the contempt of the

learned court by violating the lawful order passed by the

competent court of law intentionally and deliberately,

therefore, the respondents have committed heinous offence

and misuse their powers, the respondents be summoned and

proceedings be initiated against them and be dealt in

accordance with law.

6. That if the application in hand is not accepted and the case is

not registered against the culprits, the petitioner will suffer an

irreparable loss and injury.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the


petition may very kindly be accepted and the
respondents be summoned before the court and
proceedings be initiated against the respondents and
be dealt in accordance with law in order to secure the
ends of justice for violating the lawful order and
judgment dated 27.11.2013 passed by the Honourable
Court which has been violating intentionally and
deliberately.
It is further prayed that the respondent be
directed to register the case against the culprits in
accordance with law in the light of the order passed by
the Honourable Court and copy of FIR be produced
before the court.
Any other relief which the petitioner is entitled
may very kindly be granted.
