T I M E D U R AT I O N :
• Time Duration for this project falls between 2023-2025.
• The duration of time is expected to fulfil the project if the strategies constructed for the project
Fulfil the requirements of a successful bakery.
• But as my business grows i may want to expand into providing catering for corporate events
OBJECTIVES
• Quality products: I will provide the fresh baked breads cookies.using fresh ingredients will
produce a valuable product will alsO contribute to all word of mouth advertising.will be
providing niche products such as gluten free baked goods, special pastries and even baked goods.
• Displays:
• Displays can be my most important advertisements.when customers run in for a bread my
mouth watering Cookies display should entice them to try.
• I will arrange my baked goods in such a way that they are attractive and catch the eye.
• Will placing a well lit display in a window that faces the street to bring in even more hungry
impluse buyers.

• Will be offer high quality baked goods.The most important factor I will use offering delicious high quality baked
goods to attract the customers.
• The atmospher of bakery will be inviting atmosphere.The atmosphere of my bakery will make a big difference in
attracting customers.
• Will create a warm welcoming environment with comfortable seating attractive decor and good lighting.
• Will Provide excellent customer service.will Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and will offer samples
of my baked goods to encourage them to try something new.
SWOT analysis:
Strengths:
Will use high quality of goods.will use only organic flours of the highest quality that create incredible
non gluten goods that can’t be matches anywhere else in my area.
Will do customization so that customers can do custom itmes to taste and preferences.
Weakness:
if my bakery doesn’t have a standard operating procedure and the chef are not trained properly there
might be a decrease in the quality of products.
Bakery Equipment are expensive and delicate if we suffer from a breakdown it would alarming
downtime or affect product quality leading to unstatisfied clients and delaying delivery times.
OPPORTUNITIES:
Target market: I live in area were there’s few bakeries and they are far away we must have to drive for
it.
• So i will be offering online ordering and delivery to expand the customer base and sales volume.
• Taking the bakery on the go by creating food truck and visiting popular events and festivals.
• Threats:
• There are many competitors in a market if you’re small business owner, then you would have to face
competition from the worlds leading chain brands.Those brands spend billions on the marketing and
promotion of their products and services. They have established a large database of loyal customers, and
it would be very difficult to change the minds of those customers.
• Another worth-mentioning threat of a bakery business is YouTube and other social media platforms
Instagram and Facebook .A lot of cooking experts share their recipes with their subscribers and
followers and encourage views to try these recipes at home.
BUDGET:
• The estimated budget for this project is as follow
salary of production manager : 70000
. Salary of counter staff : 50000
. Salary of kitchen helper : 35000
cost of ingredients : 90000
Total cost of project : 295,000
TEAM MEMBERS:
• In any business including bakery the technically trained manager is valuable.He should be in a
position to inform and instruct and also be able to corporate to the full with the technical staff
training.
• Production Manager:
• He will be responsible for all the production activities of the bakery.the quality of the product
the maintenance of goods.
• Counter staff:Even if I plan to do all of the baking myself, in the beginning, I probably won’t
be able to do that, and to take care of customers at the same time. Someone to work the front
counter will likely be among my first hires, and it’s an important one.
Kitchen Help:
Not everybody in my kitchen needs to be a baker. As I grow, there will be many tasks that require a
strong back and attention to detail, but not necessarily production skills. I will always need dishes
washed, floors swept.
