    Expectations from Mentors
    ❖ This is to provide some personal attention, guidance and emotional support to students to
    improve the academic performance of the child
    ❖ Sit with the child individually and try to discuss his progress report card and list possible progress
    child can make over next 1 month & 2 months & by annual exams
    ❖ Ensuring that mentor meets every day at least 5 minutes and enquire about child progress
    ❖ Talking to needed subject teachers and ashram/class teacher to see if child can be helped in
    their specific observations
    ❖ Finding a peer who can help the child in some situations
    ❖ Maintain proper record in teachers personal notebook/diary for proper analysis, that can be
    checked by academic coordinators or Vice principal to monitor students progress and further
    understanding of challenged by the teachers
    ❖
    ❖ Mentors may not be accountable for certain indiscipline activities done by the students.
    Mentors can help to counsel the child if proper data is provided.
