1. 1/We hereby consent to Map Seng Credit Sdn 8hd ("HSC") conducting credit checks and obtaining information anct/or copy(s) of any
credit information or history about the company mentioned above and any other related company(s) (collectively referred to as
"the Company"), from any credit reporting agency registered with Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010, creditor, insurer, landlord,
other businesses, or any other agency that has information pertaining to the Company's credit history within or outside Malaysia. All
results of the research into the Company's credit background will be proprietary and kept confidential.

2. 1/We authorise persons and other organisations and agencies to provide all information confidential or otherwise that may be
requested about the Company, 1/We hereby release all of the persons and agencies providing such information from any claims and
damages connected with the release of any requested information.

3. This consent:-
a. Shall be on a continuing basis and shall be effective at any time until the loan/facility is settled;
b. Shall be used as a reference In credit processing of any credit financing application/review by HSC or any third party including
Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad Group of Companies ("NSC8 Group") and also for the purposes of contemplated litigation
and/or litigation proceedings;

If revoked, may cause for the credit facility application to be rejected or in the case of an existing credit facility, the credit
facjfitv may be cancelled and the outstanding amount may be immediately due and payable at HSC's discretion;

4. 1/We hereby authorize HSC to use, divulge, publish, reveal, give, produce or otherwise disclose or make a record of any personal or
financial particulars of my account and/or the company's account with HSC; any information relating to my credit history and/or the
company's credit history which was obtained during the credit checks; and particulars of the goods pertaining to a credit facility
granted, to the following person(s):

which is required by law;
b. Any party with whom HSC is making enquiries with a bona fide view to entering into a prospective transaction;

e. Any party pursuant to any proposed or actual arrangement, composition, restructuring which wilt affect the HSC account;

5. 1/We hereby agree that HSC will not be liable whether directly or indirectly to me or any other person(s) for such disclosure.

6. 1/We hereby agree to indemnify and keep HSC fully anrf effectively indemnified against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss damage,
proceedings or expense (including legal fees, costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by HSC arising from
or which is directly or indirectly related to HSC acting on this account.

7. 1/We acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Privacy Notice, the contents of which 1/we have read and understood.

8. 1/We shall not be entitled to make or raise any enquiry, requisition or objection whatsoever in respect of the above and shall not be
