1. What is your motivation for doing a good job?


I am motivated by success, as I know how rewarding it can be. I also know it doesn’t come
overnight and to have a good career in this industry I have to work hard every day and gradually
improve my skills.
2. How flexible are you regarding overtime ?
I am comfortable with helping out in difficult situations one in a while, but I have some family.
3. Why should I hire you ?
Because I can get things done.
4. Why did you leave your last job ?
my previous position was stagnant and there was no opportunities for growth.
5. What was your biggest weakness ?
I focus my time on only one thing at a time.
6. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see my self in a senior role in your company where Im involved in multiple projects.
7. What do you do to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients?
i foster bonds by listening attentively, communicating openly, and showing respect, ensuring
productive teamwork and understanding with colleagues and clients.
8. Give an example of a time when you had to negotiate with a difficult client. how did you
handle the situation ?
During contact discussions with a hesitant client, I actively listen to their concerns, acknowledge
their perspective, and offered creative solution that aligned with their goals. By demonstrating
empathy and finding common ground, I diffuse tension, build trust, and successfully reach a
mutually beneficial agreement

Well I did my research about the salary of call center agent and we all know that it is around
19 thousand Pesos monthly and I am comfortable at 19 thousand pesos a month, I know you don’t
know me yet but with my skills I can bring value to your company.
