    PETITION FOR PROBATION

    The accused, FLORITO BONGGO JR. y OMISOL AND JOHN


    BONGGO y OMISOL, applicant for probation under the provisions of
    Presidential Decree No. 968, as amended, through the Public
    Attorney’s Office, by the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable
    Court, declares:

    1.) That on December 3, 2020, the above-named accused


    pleaded guilty to unjust vexation in the above-captioned case under a
    plea-bargaining agreement with the prosecution and was accordingly
    sentenced t0 pay One Thousand Pesos ( PhP 1,000.00) each in the
    above-captioned cases case;

    2.) That both accused has not paid the fine imposed;

    3.) That both accused are not disqualified to avail of the benefits
    of the Probation law as amended by R.A. 10707;

    4.) That both accused has not previously been convicted by


    final judgment of any offense punished by imprisonment of more than
    one (6) years and one (1) day or a fine of not more than One Thousand
    pesos (Php 1,000.00); and

    5.) That the accused has not been once on probation under the
    provisions of PD 968 as amended.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


    prayed of this Honorable Court that the Application for Probation of
    both accused be granted.

    Other reliefs as are just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
