SR STAFF E NG PROJECT MANAGER | SEP 2019 TO TILL DATE

➢ Leading a team of 70 enthusiastic engineers to drive engineering details and business aspects
when making engineering & sourcing operational decisions.

➢ Led and successfully completed 2 significant first of its kind 5G projects- towards establishing
40GHz mmW anechoic chamber in India besides deploying Resident professional AMC with
Keysight 5G UXMs to reduce TAT to 5 days to improve the equipment repair time worth each
~$500K.

➢ Inventory & process control of QIPL Partnering with global procurement, finance, logistics,
engineering, Program Management, Eng Ops, chipset PMs and PAs, and other stake holders to
accurately acquire to ensure on time traceability of items /assets

➢ Project estimation, planning, schedule, resource management and prioritization for all the lab
projects that covers RF Screen rooms, mmW anechoic chambers, specialized labs (to simulate
Audio/Multimedia/Customized labs)

• Environmental testing of TEMEX make RMO type 10.24MHz Rubidium Oscillator conducted at ITI, as
per QM 333 for the TEC approval.
• Modified the PCB design for the TEMEX-RMO-10.24MHz Oscillator and sent the same to the vendor.
• Downloaded about 4300 data sheets of Active semiconductors like Logic devices, Memories,
Transistors, Diodes and Oscillator parts and the same are uploaded to the VDG web site.
