Introduction
If there was any one breakfast pastry that is one of the most
popular dishes enjoyed today, the donut is it hands down. Donuts
can be made in a variety of different ways and nobody is able to
refuse their light consistency and sweet taste. Best of all donuts
can be made only using a few fresh ingredients and can be fried or
baked depending on your dietary needs.
If you have ever thought about making your own homemade
donuts, then this is certainly the book for you. Inside of this book
not only will you learn how to make some of your favorite donuts,
but you will learn how to do so without all of the complicated
steps involved. Some of the tastiest donut recipes that you will

Savory Homemade Donut Recipes
Vanilla Glazed Baked Cake Donut
To kick things off we have a sweet tasting and decadent doughnut
recipe that you are not going to want to put down. These
particular donuts pair excellently with your favorite cup of coffee
or a glass of milk in the morning.
Makes: 2 to 3 Servings
Total Prep Time: 25 M inutes
Ingredients:
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• 2 Cups of Flour, Cake Variety and Sifted
• ¾ Cup of Sugar, Granulated Variety
• 2 tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp. of Nutmeg, Ground Variety
• 1 tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ¾ Cup of Buttermilk, Whole
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 2 Tbsp. of Butter, Fully M elted
• Some Cooking Spray
• 1 Cup of Sugar, Confectioner’s Variety
• 2 Tbsp. of M ilk, Whole

Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to
425 degrees. While your oven is heating up spray a large sized
donut pan with a generous amount of cooking spray.
2. Then use a large sized bowl and add in your flour, white sugar,
baker’s style baking powder, ground nutmeg and dash of salt.
3. Add in your whole buttermilk, large eggs and melted butter. Beat
with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined.
4. Pour your batter into your donut pan, making sure to fill each at
least 2/3 of the way full.
5. Place your donuts into your oven to bake for the next 7 to 9
minutes or until your doughnuts are fully cooked through. Remove
and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
6. While your donuts are cooling, make your vanilla glaze. To do
this use a small sized bowl and add in your white sugar, whole milk
and pure vanilla. Whisk until your sugar is fully dissolved.
7. Dip your donuts into your glaze and allow to dry. Serve
whenever you are ready and enjoy.
Apple Cider Baked Donut Recipe
This is the ultimate dessert dish to enjoy whenever you are craving
something on the sweet. This is the perfect dish to enjoy during
the fall season to get you into the holiday spirit.
Makes: 6 Servings
Total Prep Time: 15 M inutes
Ingredients For Your Doughnuts:
• 3 Tbsp. of Butter, Unsalted Variety and Soft
• 1/3 Cup of Apple Cider, Fresh
• 1 Cup of Flour, All Purpose Variety and Unbleached
• 1 tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ½ tsp. of Apple Pie Spice
• ¼ Cup of Sugar, White in Color
• 1 Egg, Large in Size and Beaten
Ingredients For Your Topping:
• 3 Tbsp. of Butter, Soft
• 1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar, Light and Packed
• 1/3 Cup of Sugar, White in Color
• 1 ½ tsp. of Cinnamon, Ground Variety

Directions:
1. First preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. While your oven is heating up use a small sized saucepan and
add in your butter. Set over medium heat and once your butter is
fully melted add in your apple cider. Stir thoroughly to combine
and set aside for later use.
3. Add in your flour, baker’s style baking powder, dash of salt and
apple pie spice into a medium sized bowl. Stir thoroughly to
combine and set aside for later use.
4. Add in your sugar and egg into your apple cider mixture. Whisk
until thoroughly combined. Add this mixture into your dry
ingredients. Stir again to thoroughly combine.
5. Grease a large sized donut pan with a generous amount of
cooking spray. Add your batter into your donut pan, making sure
to fill it at least 2/3 of the way full.
6. Place into your oven to bake for the next 7 minutes or until
completely baked through. Remove after this time and allow to sit
for at least one minute.
7. While your donuts are sitting make your topping. To do this
melt your butter and place into a small sized bowl. In a separate
small sized bowl add in your ground cinnamon, light and packed
brown sugar and white sugar. Stir thoroughly to combine.
8. Dip your donut into your butter mixture. Coat in your cinnamon
mixture and place your coated donuts onto your cooling rack.
Enjoy whenever you are ready.
Sweet Blueberry and Lemon Donuts
If you are looking for a healthy yet sweet tasting donut recipe,
then this is the perfect recipe for you. Not only are these donuts
packed full of nutritious Vitamin C and fiber, but it will help to
satisfy your strongest sweet tooth cravings.
Makes: 18 Servings
Total Prep Time: 32 M inutes
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ Cups + 1 Tbsp. of Flour, All Purpose Variety and
Evenly Divided
• 2 tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• ½ tsp. of Sea Salt, For Taste
• 1 Cup of Yogurt, Greek Variety and Vanilla Flavored
• 1 Cup of Sugar, White in Color
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Whites Only
• 1 tsp. of Lemon Zest, Freshly Grated
• 1 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice, Fresh
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• 2 Tbsp. of Oil, Canola Variety
• 1 ½ Cups of Blueberries, Fresh
Ingredients For Your Lemon Glaze:
• 1 Cup of Sugar, Confectioner’s Variety and Sifted
• 2 to 3 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice, Fresh
Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to
350 degrees. While your oven is heating up coat a large sized donut
pan with some cooking spray.
2. Next use a large sized bowl and add in your four, baker’s style
baking powder and dash of salt. Stir thoroughly to combine and set
aside for later use.
3. Then use a medium sized bowl and add in your Greek yogurt,
white sugar, eggs, fresh lemon zest, pure vanilla and oil. Whisk
thoroughly until evenly combined.
4. M ake a small well in the center of your dry ingredients and pour
in your wet ingredients. Stir thoroughly until combined. Add in
your remaining flour and fresh blueberries. Fold gently until evenly
incorporated.
5. Fill your donut pan at least 2/3 of the way full with this mixture.
6. Place into your oven to bake for the next 10 to 12 minutes or
until your donuts are completely cooked thoroughly. Remove and
allow to rest for at least 2 minutes before sleeping.
7. Next make your glaze. To do this use a small sized bowl and add
in your confectioner’s sugar and at least two to three spoonfuls of
your lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly until smooth in consistency.
8. Drizzle your glaze over the top of your donuts and allow the
glaze to drip down the sides of your donuts.
9. Allow your glaze to harden for the next 15 minutes before
serving.
Incredibly Soft Homemade Donuts
If you are looking for a sweet tasting yet incredibly easy donut
recipe to make, then this is the perfect dish for you. Easy to make
and incredibly moist, this is one donut dish that you will want to
make over and over again.
Makes: 24 Servings
Total Prep Time: 3 Hours
Ingredients for Your Dough:
• 2 ½ Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 4 Tbsp. of Sugar, White in Color
• 3 Tbsp. of Butter, Soft
• ½ tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ½ Cup of M ilk, Whole
• 1 Egg, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 2 tsp. of Yeast, Active and Dry Variety
• ½ Cup of Tangzhong
• Some Oil, For Frying
Ingredients for Your Tangzhong:
• 1/3 Cup of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 1 Cup of Water, Warm
Ingredients for Your Glaze:
• 3 Cups of Sugar, Powdered Variety
• ½ Cup of M ilk, Whole
• 4 tsp. of Vanilla, Pure

Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is make your
Tangzhong. To do this add your flour and at least one cup of water
into a small sized saucepan placed over medium heat. Cook until it
is thick in consistency. Remove and set aside to cool completely.
2. Then add in all of your ingredients for your dough into a large
sized bowl. Stir thoroughly for at least five minutes or until your
dough begins to forms.
3. Cover your dough with a sheet of plastic and allow to rise in a
warm area for the next 45 minutes. After this time punch your
dough down and allow to rise for a second time for the next 30 to
45 minutes.
4. After this time place your dough onto a flat surface and roll it
out until it is at least a quarter inch in thickness. Cut your dough
into donut shapes with the donut holes. And set aside to rise for
another hour.
5. After this time heat up your oil over high heat in a large sized
pot. You want to make sure that your oil reaches 350 degrees.
6. While your oil is heating up make your glaze. To do this place all
of your ingredients for your glaze into a small sized bowl. Whisk
on the highest setting until evenly mixed.
7. Once your oil is hot enough add in your donuts and fry for the
next 30 to 45 seconds on each side or until your donuts are golden
brown in color. Remove and set on a plate lined with paper towels
to drain.
8. Once slightly cool dip in your glaze on both sides and place on a
baking sheet lined with waxed paper to dry. Enjoy whenever you
are ready.
Tasty Old Fashioned Sour Cream Donuts
This is a great donut recipe to make for those who are fans of old
school donuts. Once you make these donuts for yourself, you
won’t want to buy boring store made donuts ever again.
Makes: 12 Servings
Total Prep Time: 1 Hour and 15 M inutes
Ingredients for Your Donuts:
• 2 ¼ Cup of Flour, Cake Variety
• 1 ½ tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ½ tsp. of Nutmeg, Ground Variety
• ½ Cup of Sugar, White in Color
• 2 Tbsp. of Butter, Soft
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Yolks Only
• ½ Cup of Sour Cream
• Some Oil, Canola Variety and For Frying
Ingredients for Your Glaze:
• 3 ½ Cup of Sugar, Powdered Variety, Sifted
• 1 ½ tsp. of Corn Syrup
• ¼ tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• 1/3 Cup of Water, Hot
Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is place your cake flour,
baker’s style baking powder, dash of salt and ground nutmeg into a
small sized bowl.
2. Then use a large sized bowl and add in your soft butter and
white sugar. Cream together until somewhat sandy in texture. Then
add in your egg yolks and stir thoroughly to combine.
3. Add your flour mixture to your butter mixture. Add in your sour
cream and stir thoroughly until a dough begins to form.
4. Wrap your dough in some plastic wrap and place into your
fridge to chill for the next hour.
5. Then make your glaze. To do this place all of your ingredients
for your glaze into a medium sized bowl. Whisk thoroughly until
smooth in consistency.
6. After this time remove your dough and place onto a lightly
floured surface. Roll until it is at least a half an inch in thickness
and cut out into the shape of twelve donuts.
7. Pour your canola oil into a large sized pot. Heat over high heat
and once your oil is piping hot add in your donuts. Fry for at least
2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden in color. Once gold in
color, remove and set onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
8. Dip into your glaze and place onto a wire rack to dry for the
next 15 to 20 minutes or until your glaze is completely set. Serve
whenever you are ready and enjoy.
Classic Chocolate Frosted Donuts
If you are a huge fan of classic chocolate frosted donuts like I am,
then this is the ultimate donut recipe for you. These donuts are
baked instead of fried, making them much simpler to make than
most donut recipes out there.
Makes: 8 Donuts
Total Prep Time: 40 M inutes
Ingredients for Your Donuts:
• 1 Cup of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 1 tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Soda
• ¼ tsp. of Nutmeg, Ground Variety
• 1 Egg, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar, Light and Packed
• ¼ Cup of M ilk, Whole
• ¼ Cup of Yogurt, Greek Variety
• 2 Tbsp. of Butter, Unsalted Variety and Fully M elted
• 1 ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
Ingredients for Your Chocolate Glaze:
• ½ Cup of Chocolate Chips, Semi Sweet Variety
• 2 Tbsp. of Butter, Unsalted Variety
• 2 tsp. of Corn Syrup, Light
• 2 tsp. of Water, Warm
• Some Sprinkles, Rainbow Variety and Optional

Directions:
1. The first thing that you are going to do is preheat your oven to
350 degrees. While your oven is heating up spray a large sized
donut pan with some cooking spray.
2. Then add your flour, baker’s style baking powder and soda and
your ground nutmeg into a medium sized bowl. Set this mixture
aside for later use.
3. Then add your large egg, light brown sugar, whole milk and
Greek style yogurt into a small sized bowl. Beat until smooth in
consistency. Add in your melted butter and pure vanilla. Whisk
again until thoroughly combined.
4. Pour your milk mixture into your flour mixture and stir well
until you have a thick batter on your hands.
5. Spoon this batter into your greased donut pan, making sure to
fill at least 2/3 of the way full.
6. Place into your oven to bake for the next 9 to 10 minutes or until
the edges are light brown in color. Remove from your oven and set
on a wire rack to cool slightly.
7. Next make your chocolate glaze. To do this place your chocolate
chips, butter, warm water and corn syrup into a medium sized
bowl. Place into your microwave and cook at 20 second intervals
until your chocolate completely melted.
8. Dip your donuts into your chocolate glaze and cover with your
sprinkles if you decide to use them. Serve whenever you are ready
and enjoy.
Decadent Nutella Donuts Smothered in a
Nutella Glaze
If you are a huge fan of Nutella, then this is one donut recipe you
need to try for yourself. It is packed full of a creamy, nutty and
chocolatey taste that you will want to enjoy over and over again.
Makes: 9 Servings
Total Prep Time: 28 M inutes
Ingredients:
• 1 ¼ Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 1 Tbsp. of Cocoa, Powdered Variety and Unsweetened
Variety
• 1 ¼ tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ¼ Cup of Sugar, Granulated Variety
• 3 Tbsp. of Brown Sugar, Light and Packed
• 1/3 Cup of Nutella
• 3 Tbsp. of Butter, Soft
• 1 Egg, Large in Size and Beaten lightly
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• ½ Cup of M ilk, Whole
Ingredients for Your Glaze:
• 1 Cup of Sugar, Powdered Variety
• 2 ½ Tbsp. of Nutella
• 4 to 6 tsp. of M ilk, Whole
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• Some Sprinkles, For Topping and Optional

Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to
400 degrees.
2. While your oven is heating up use a large sized bowl and add in
your flour, powdered cocoa, baker’s style baking powder and dash
of salt. Stir thoroughly to combine and set aside for later use.
3. Use a separate bowl and add in your white sugar, light brown
sugar, Nutella and soft butter. Use an electric mixer and blend
thoroughly for about 20 seconds.
4. Add in your large egg and pure vanilla. Stir again to combine.
5. Then add in your flour mixture along with your vanilla and milk.
Stir thoroughly until a thick batter begins to form.
6. Pour your batter into a greased donut pan, making sure to fill at
least 2/3 of the way full.
7. Place into your oven to bake for the next 7 to 9 minutes. After
this time remove form your oven and allow to cool for the next 5
minutes. Transfer to a wire rack after this time to cool completely.
8. While your donuts are cooling use a small sized bowl and add in
your powdered sugar, your Nutella, whole milk and pure vanilla.
Whisk until smooth in consistency.
9. Spread your Nutella glaze on the tops of your donuts. Top of
with your sprinkle if you are using them and serve whenever you
are ready.
Sweet Blackberry Jam and Custard
Donuts
Not only is this a pretty easy donut recipe to make, but it is
packed full of a decadent custard and jam filling that I know you
won’t be able to resist for long. It is great for those who love the
taste of blackberries and are looking for a sweet treat to enjoy.
Makes: 9 Servings
Total Prep Time: 2 Hours and 20 M inutes
Ingredients for Your Donuts:
• 1 2/3 Cup of Flour, Plain Variety
• 2 Tbsp. + ½ Cup of Sugar, Caster Variety and ½ Cup For
Coating
• 1 tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• 2 tsp. of Yeast, Dried
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• ½ a Lemon, Freshly Zested only
• ¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp. of Water, Warm
• 4 ½ Tbsp. of Butter, Soft
• Some Oil, Canola Variety and For Frying
Ingredients for Your Filling:
• ½ Cup of Cream, Heavy Variety
• ¼ Cup of M ilk, Whole
• 1 tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Yolks Only
• 2 Tbsp. of Sugar, Caster Variety
• 2 Tbsp. of Corn flour
• ¼ Cup of Blackberry Jam, Smooth Variety

Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is use a stand mixer and
add all of your ingredients for your donuts except for your butter
into it. Set on the lowest setting and allow to mix for at least 4
minutes or until elastic in consistency.
2. While your mixer is still mixing add in your butter and continue
to stir until thoroughly incorporated.
3. Cover your bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap and set aside to
rise in a warm place for the next hour or until double in size.
4. While your dough is rising, make your filling. To do this place
your heavy cream, whole milk and pure vanilla into a small sized
saucepan. Set over medium heat.
5. Then use a small sized bowl and add in your yolks, two
spoonfuls of your caster sugar and your corn flour. Once your milk
in your saucepan begins to bubble, remove it from heat and add in
your egg yolk mixture. Whisk thoroughly to incorporate.
6. Set your mixture over medium heat and continue to cook for the
next 3 minutes or until thick in consistency. M ake sure to whisk
thoroughly the entire time. Remove from heat and cover. Set aside
to cool completely.
7. Once your dough has doubled in size, punch the dough down
and place onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into a large sized
rectangle that is at least half an inch in thickness. Cut out 9 even
sized donuts out of your dough and place onto a baking sheet lined
with some parchment paper. Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap
and allow to rise in a warm place for the next 45 minutes or until
they are puffy in texture.
8. After this time pour your canola oil into a large sized pot. Heat
over high heat and once your oil is piping hot add in your donuts.
Fry for at least 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden in color.
Once gold in color, remove and set onto a plate lined with paper
towels to drain.
9. Toss your donuts in your extra caster sugar and set aside.
10. Next make your filling and fill your donuts. To do this place
your cooled cream and blackberry jam into a large sized piping bag.
Fit with a ¼ inch tip and press into the side of each donut. Fill
until the donut begins to feel slightly heavy and repeat until all of
your donuts have been used.
Classic Krispy Kreme Donuts
One of the best type of donuts to make that will make your entire
family weak at the knees is this particular recipe. This is a classic
copycat donut recipe that I know you won’t be able to get enough
of.
Makes: 8 Servings
Total Prep Time: 2 Hours and 15 M inutes
Ingredients for Your Donuts:
• 2 ¼ tsp. of Yeast, Active and Dry
• ½ Cup of Water, Warm
• ¼ Cup of Sugar, Granulated Variety and Evenly Divided
• ¼ Cup of M ilk, Evaporated
• ½ tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ¼ Cup of Shortening, Vegetable Variety
• 1 Egg, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 1 Egg, Large in Size and Yolk Only
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• 2 ½ Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 3 to 4 Cups of Shortening, Vegetable Variety and For
Frying
Ingredients for Your Glaze:
• 2 Tbsp. of Butter, Unsalted Variety and Fully M elted
• 1 1/3 Cups of Sugar, Powdered Variety
• Dash of Salt, For Taste
• 2 tsp. of M ilk, Evaporated
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure
• 3 to 4 tsp. of Water, Hot

Directions:
1. Using a large sized bowl attached to a stand mixer, add in your
yeast, warm water and at least ½ tsp. of your sugar. Stir
thoroughly and allow to rest for the next 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Then add in your evaporated milk, remaining sugar, dash of salt,
at least ¼ cup of your shortening, large egg, large egg yolk and pure
vanilla. Then add in half of your flour and blend until smooth in
consistency.
3. Add in your remaining flour and stir thoroughly until a smooth
dough begins to form. As your stir add as much dough as you need
to. Transfer your dough into a large sized oiled bowl and cover
with a sheet of plastic wrap and then allow it to rise in a warm
place for the next 1 ½ hours or until your dough has doubled in
size.
4. After this time punch your dough down and place onto a floured
surface. Roll until it is at least half an inch in thickness. Cut your
dough into donut shapes with a donut cutter. Place onto a baking

5. Next heat up your shortening in a large sized Dutch oven.
6. While your shortening is heating up make your glaze. To do this
place all of your ingredients for your glaze into a medium sized
bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
7. Once your oil is hot enough add your donuts into it and cook for
at least 2 to 3 minutes on each side of until gold in color. Remove
and set on a wire rack to cool.
8. Once your donuts are cooled, dip into your glaze and place back
onto your wire rack for your glaze to harden. Serve whenever you
are ready.
Decadent Dark Chocolate Cake Donuts
with Blood Orange Glaze
If you are looking for the classiest donut recipe to make, you can’t
go wrong with this dish. They are incredibly delicious and even the
pickiest of children are going to be begging for seconds.

Ingredients for Your Donuts:
• 1 ½ Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• ½ Cup of Cocoa, Powdered Variety and Dark in Color
• 1 Cup of Sugar, White in Color

• ½ tsp. of Nutmeg, Ground
• 1 tsp. of Salt, For Taste

Directions:
1. First preheat your oven to 325 degrees. While your oven is

3. In another large sized bowl add in your large eggs, pure vanilla

mixture into your dry mixture and stir thoroughly to evenly
incorporate.
4. Pour your batter into your greased donut pan.
5. Place into your oven to bake for the next 10 minutes. After this
time remove from your oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
6. While your donuts are cooling, make your glaze. To do this add
in all of your ingredients for your glaze except for your heavy
cream into a medium sized bowl. Whisk until smooth in
consistency. Add in your heavy cream to achieve the consistency
that you wish.
7. Dip your donuts into your glaze and set on a wire rack until
your glaze hardens slightly. Serve whenever you are ready.

Directions:
1. Using a large sized bowl add in your whole milk and yeast.
Whisk until your yeast thoroughly dissolves.
2. After this time add in your flour, at least 1/3 cup of your white
sugar, dash of salt, large eggs and pure vanilla. Stir again until
evenly combined. As you stir gradually add in your soft butter and
stir until a soft dough begins to form. This should take at least 5
minutes.
3. After this time wrap your dough in some plastic wrap and place
into your fridge to chill for the next 4 to 6 hours.
4. During this time make your peanut butter cream. To do this use
a small sized bowl and add in your flour, white sugar and dash of
salt. Then use a large sized bowl and beat your egg yolks until
fluffy in texture. Add your flour mixture into this mixture and
whisk until smooth in consistency.
5. Next heat up a large sized saucepan placed over medium heat.
Add in your milk and allow to become piping hot. M ake sure that
you do not allow your mixture to come to a boil. Remove from
heat and add in your flour and egg mixture, making sure to whisk
thoroughly until thoroughly combined.
6. Add back into your saucepan and set over medium to high heat.
Cook for the next 2 to 3 minutes or until your mixture comes to a
boil. Once boiling immediately remove from heat and strain through
a mesh sieve.
7. Add in your pure vanilla and smooth peanut butter. Pour into a
large sized bowl and cover with a sheet of plastic wrap. Place into
your fridge to chill for the next 4 hours.
8. Remove your dough from your fridge after this time and place
onto a lightly floured surface. Roll until your dough is at least half
an inch in thickness, using a biscuit cutter cut out your donuts and
place onto a large sized baking sheet lined with some parchment
paper. Next, allow it to rise for the next 2 to 3 hours or until your
donuts have doubled in size.
9. Heat up some oil in a large sized saucepan placed over medium
to high heat. Once your oil is hot enough add in your donuts and
cook for at least 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown in color. Flip
and repeat. Remove your donuts and place onto a plate lined with
paper towels to drain and cool.
10. Once your donuts are cool to the touch, roll them in your
remaining sugar and allow to cool for the next 30 to 45 minutes.
11. While your donuts are cooling place your heavy cream into a
medium sized bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat until small
peaks begin to form. Add in your peanut butter cream and fold to
evenly combine. Place this cream into a pastry bag and fill the
inside of your donut with this mixture.
12. Then make your chocolate drizzle. To do this heat up your
heavy cream in your microwave until piping hot. Once it is hot add
in your chocolate and stir thoroughly until your chocolate is fully
melted. Drizzle over your donuts and enjoy right away.

this time remove from your oven and allow to cool.
6. Then make your glaze. To do this use a small sized saucepan and
place over medium heat. Add in your butter and once it is melted
add in your brown sugar. Bring this mixture to a boil and allow to
boil for the next two minutes.
7. Add in your maple syrup and one spoonful of your milk. Bring
this mixture back to a boil. Once boiling add in your powdered
sugar. Stir until smooth in consistency. Remove from heat.
8. Dunk each of your miniature donuts into this frosting. Set aside
for the frosting to harden and serve whenever you are ready.

This is one of my favorite donut recipes and once you get a taste
of it yourself, I know you will fall in love with it too. An
absolutely delicious dish, serve this for the greatest National Donut
Day celebration ever.

5. After this time remove from your oven and allow to cool for a
couple of minutes. Transfer to a few cooling rack.
6. While your donuts are cooling brush the sides of your donuts
with some melted butter. Roll in your cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Serve whenever you are ready.
Delicious Maple Bacon Donuts
Once you get a taste of these donuts, you will never want to enjoy
any other donut ever again. This makes for the ultimate breakfast
dish and I guarantee that you will go through a plate in just a
matter of minutes.

Directions:
1. First add your milk into a large sized saucepan placed over low
or medium heat. Add your bacon fat into medium sized bowl and
add your hot milk over your grease. Stir to combine until fully
melted. Once melted remove and set aside to cool.
2. Place your yeast and water into a large sized bowl. Beat with an
electric mixer until mixed. Allow your water and yeast until foamy.
This should take at least 5 minutes. After this time add in your
milk and bacon mixture. Beat on the lowest setting.
3. Add in your eggs, white sugar, dash of salt, ground nutmeg and
half of your flour. Stir thoroughly until combined before adding in
your remaining flour. Continue to mix until a soft dough begins to
form.
4. Remove your dough from your bowl and add to an oiled bowl.
Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and allow to rise for at least an
hour.
5. After this time place your dough onto a slightly floured surface.
Roll out your dough until it is at least 3/8 of an inch thick. Cut out
your donuts using a donut cutter. Place your donuts on to a large
sized baking sheet. Cover with a sheet of plastic and allow to rise
in a warm place for the next 30 minutes.
6. After this time heat up some oil in a large sized pot until piping
hot. Once it is hot enough add in your donuts and fry for at least 2
to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown in color. Remove
and place on a plate lined with a few paper towels.
7. While your donuts are cooling make your glaze. To do this place
all of your ingredients for your glaze into a small sized bowl and
whisk until smooth in consistency.
8. Dip your donuts into your glaze and roll in your bacon. Serve
immediately and enjoy.
Zesty Cranberry and Orange Juice

1. The first thing that you will want to do is make your dough. To
do this use a large sized bowl and add in your yeast and milk. Stir
thoroughly until your yeast is fully dissolved. This should take at
least one minute.
2. Add in your flour, white sugar, dash of salt and large eggs. Stir
thoroughly until a dough begins to form. This should take at least 3
minutes. Then add in your butter, mixing thoroughly until your
butter is fully incorporated and your dough is soft to the touch.
This should take at least 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Remove your dough from your oiled bowl and wrap with some
plastic wrap. Place into your fridge to chill for the next 6 hours.
4. During this time make your pastry cream. To do this use a small
sized bowl and add in your white sugar, flour and dash of salt.
5. Use a medium sized bowl and add in your egg yolks. Beat well
until evenly beaten. Slowly add in your flour mixture and continue
to stir until your mixture is thick and pasty in consistency.
6. Use a medium sized saucepan placed over medium heat. Add in
your milk and warm up until bubbles begin to form around the
edges. Remove from heat and add in your egg mixture slowly.
M ake sure to whisk thoroughly.
7. Return back to medium heat and continue to whisk constantly
until your mixture is thick in consistency. Bring this mixture to a
boil. This should take at least 3 minutes. Immediately remove from
heat.
8. Pour your freshly made cream through a fine mesh sieve set over
a small sized bowl. Add in your vanilla and whisk to combine.
Cover your mixture with some plastic wrap. Place into your fridge
to chill for the next 4 hours.
9. Next prepare your donuts. To do this first line a large sized
baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Spray with some
cooking spray. Set aside for later use.
10. Place your dough onto a floured surface and roll into a large
sized square that is at least half an inch in thickness. Cut your
dough into nine equal sized donuts. Transfer your donuts onto
your baking sheet. Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap. Set aside to
rise in a warm place for the next 2 to 3 hours.
11. After this time fill a large sized pot with at least 3 inches of
your oil. Place over medium to high heat. Once your oil is piping
hot add in your donuts. Cook for at least 2 to 3 minutes on each
side or until golden brown in color. Remove and place onto a plate
lined with paper towels to drain.
12. Once your donuts are cool enough place them into a small sized
bowl filled with your sugar until fully coated. Then set aside to
cool completely for the next 30 to 40 minutes.
13. While your donuts are cooling place your heavy cream into a
medium sized bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat on the highest
setting until small peaks begin to form. Add in your chilled pastry
cream and beat again. Add in your whipped cream and fold to
combine.
14. Transfer this filling to a pastry bag and cut the corner off. Poke
a hole in your donut and fill until your donuts are slightly heavy.
Serve whenever you are ready.

• ½ tsp. of Nutmeg, Ground Variety
• ¾ Cup of Buttermilk, Whole
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 2 Tbsp. of Butter, Fully M elted
Ingredients for Your Glaze:
• 1 Cup of Sugar, Confectioner’s Variety
• 2 Tbsp. of M aple Syrup, Your Favorite Kind
• 1 Tbsp. of M ilk, Whole
• ½ tsp. of Vanilla, Pure

Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is make your streusel.
To do this use a large sized bowl and add in your light brown sugar,
granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon and dash of
salt.
2. Add your cold butter into this mixture and mix by hand until
thoroughly combined and crumbly. Cover with a sheet of plastic
wrap and place into your freezer to chill until you are ready to use
it.
3. Then preheat your oven to 425 degrees. While your oven is
heating up spray a large sized donut pan with a generous amount
of cooking spray.
4. Then use another large sized bowl and add in your flour, white
sugar, baker’s style baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground
nutmeg and dash of salt. Stir to combine before adding in your
whole buttermilk, large eggs and fully melted butter. Stir again until
thoroughly mixed.
5. Fill your greased donut pan with this mixture, making sure to fill
at least 2/3 of the way full. Sprinkle your cold streusel over the
top.
6. Place into your oven to bake for the next 4 to 7 minutes or until
they are golden brown in color. After this time remove and transfer
to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. While your donuts are cooling make your glaze. To do this use a
medium sized bowl and add in your confectioner’s style sugar,
syrup and whole milk. Whisk until smooth in consistency.
8. Dip your donuts into your glaze and place onto a wire rack to
set. Sprinkle with some confectioner’s sugar and serve whenever
you are ready.
Delicious Baked Vanilla Bean Donuts

huge fans of the taste of vanilla. These donuts are packed with the
taste of delicious vanilla bean and these donuts make for the
perfect way to satisfy your strongest sweet tooth.

• 2 2/3 Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 1 ½ tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• ¼ tsp. of Baker’s Style Baking Soda
• ¾ tsp. of Salt, For Taste
• ¼ Cup of Butter, Fully M elted
• ¼ Cup of Oil, Vegetable Variety
• ¾ Cup + 2 Tbsp. of Sugar, Granulated Variety
• 1 Vanilla Bean, Seeds Only
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 1 Cup of M ilk, Whole

1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to
425 degrees. While your oven is heating up grease a large sized
donut pan with a generous amount of butter.
2. Then use a large sized bowl and add in your flour, baker’s style
baking powder and soda and dash of salt. Stir thoroughly to
combine and set aside for later use.
3. Then use another large sized owl and add in your fully melted
butter, oil, granulated sugar and vanilla bean seeds. Use an electric
mixer and beat on the highest setting for the next minute or until
smooth in consistency. Add in your eggs and vanilla and beat again

4. Add this mixture into your flour mixture and beat thoroughly to
combine.
5. Pour your batter into your buttered donut pan, making sure to
fill at least 2/3 of the way full.
6. Place into your oven to bake for the next 7 to 9 minutes or until
your donuts are golden in color. Remove and transfer to a wire rack
to cool.
7. While your donuts are cooling make your glaze. To do this use a
medium sized bowl and add in your powdered sugar, fully melted
butter, pure vanilla and dash of salt. Add in your milk and whisk
until smooth in consistency.
8. Dip your cooled donuts into your laze and set aside on your
wire rack to set completely. Top off with your sprinkles if you
wish and enjoy right away.

make them. Perfect to begin the night before actually baking them,
these donuts make for the perfect way to satisfy your sweet
cravings in a delicious way.

Ingredients for Your Donuts:
• 1 1/8 Cups of M ilk, Whole
• ¼ Cup of Sugar, White in Color
• 1 Pack of Yeast, Active and Dry
• 2/3 Cup of Butter, Unsalted Variety
• 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 4 Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• ¼ tsp. of Sea Salt, For Taste
• Some Oil, Canola Variety and For Frying
Ingredients for Your Burnt Caramel and S ea S alt Glaze:
• 6 Tbsp. of Butter, Unsalted Variety
• 1 Cup of Sugar, White in Color
• ½ Cup of Cream, Heavy Variety
• Dash of Sea Salt, For Taste

Directions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is use a small sized
saucepan and add in your milk. Set over medium heat and warm
gently. Once warm add in your sugar and yeast. Stir thoroughly to
combine until your yeast fully dissolves. Set this mixture again.
2. Next add in your butter into a small sized bowl and microwave
until fully melted. Once melted add into a large sized bowl and add
in your eggs. Whisk until thoroughly combine. Add in your yeast
mixture. Stir again to combine.
3. Add in your flour and dash of salt and continue to stir until a
soft dough begins to form. Transfer your dough into a large sized
bowl that is oiled. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and place
into your fridge to sit for the next 8 hours or overnight.
4. After this time place your dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Roll until your dough is at least half an inch thick. Using a dough
cutter cut out even sized donut shapes. Place onto a large sized
baking sheet lined with some parchment paper. Allow to rest for
five minutes before covering with a sheet of plastic wrap and allow
to rise in a warm place for the next hour.
5. While your donuts are resting make your glaze. To do this use a
small sized saucepan and set over medium heat. Add in your butter
and once your butter begins to foam remove from heat.
6. Then use a large sized saucepan and add in your sugar. Cook
over medium to high heat until your sugar begins to melt. Swirl
your pan and continue to cook until a caramel begins to form. Once
your caramel is deep amber in color add in your butter and stir
thoroughly to combine. Next add in your heavy cream and whisk
thoroughly to incorporate. Remove from heat and set aside
completely to cool.
7. Next fry up your donuts. To do this use a large sized pot and
add in a generous amount of oil. Heat over high heat until your oil
is shimmering. Once piping hot add your donuts into your oil and
fry for at least 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown in color.
8. After this time from your oil and set aside to drain on a plate
lined with paper towel.
9. Spoon your caramel sauce over your donuts and lightly sprinkle
with a dash of sea salt. Serve whenever you are ready and enjoy.

until smooth in consistency.
7. Dip your donuts into your frosting and place onto your wire
rack to set.
8. M eanwhile melt your chocolate chips in your microwave until
fully melted. Add in your oil and stir to combine. Drizzle this
mixture over your donuts and sprinkle your graham cracker crumbs
